Great compact set for Physical therapy and recovery after excercise
I use these for Physical therapy and they work great. I like that they all fit in the bag and the balls items can fill the big tube for easy storage. And they have some instruction for usage.

Level up
This is fantastic because the foam is not hard but firm. So perfect from stretching your back muscles if you work a desk job, to facia rolling wt the end of the day or stretch your IT band before a run. Also the little ball is great if you have plantar fasciitis.

I got this for sore muscles after working out and for my daughter who plays softball six nights a week. Itâs compact and stores easily with a mesh bag. Highly recommend getting if you or your kiddos play sports/work out.

I wish I didnât wait so long to but this! I am almost addicted to using it in my back everyday. Worth every penny, relieving so much pain in my back. Its so perfect in the amount of firmness and I can tell will last a long time, and can take it anywhere
