Great for lower back pain
Weâve used the large round back roller quite often for lower back pain. If you roll on it just for a few minutes. It really seems to relieve the pain for several days. Getting older stinks and back pain is not fun, but this helps. I also never have my back crack unless Iâm using this and my back always cracks and feels so good afterwards. If you been skeptical about it I think you should just try it.

Cracked after 1 week
First time foam roller. Amazing for lower back after just a few days. Seemed like a reasonable dealâ¦Only bummer, and cause for lower rating, is the foam roller just cracked after 1 week. ð³ I guess it canât handle my full body weight. So durability is a question. Iâm a male, 190lbs so youâd think it should be sturdier.
