SS 8″ frying pan
Used it twice with meat, then scramled eggs. Didn’t bother to season the pan. It did a beautiful job on low to moderate heat. Food stayed loose and only minor sticking and pan cleaned easily. 5-ply,full-clad and worth the price.

Excellent quality skillet pan for price
I have two of these in different sizes and they are exceptional especially for my induction burner. They are not standard sizes, so lids can be a little bit challenging to find. I bought a glass lid that fits several sizes at a local store for the smaller skillet.Cleaning: Barkeeper’s Friend keeps them smooth inside for less sticking.Cooking eggs: use butter and a medium 4.5 temperature.

I have not made a perfect fried egg in this pan yet.
I’ve been using this pan daily for 3+ months now on my induction plate. I have yet to make a perfect fried egg in it. Everything sticks. Drop an egg or two in hot butter and it stays loose and free with a little help from the spatula. Once the eggs are easy over flipped they are guaranteed to stick and break. Even scrambled stick once they are moved around a bit. Other than that it’s a nice pan, it heats up evenly judging by how the butter sizzles when warming up. I’ve had better SS pans than this just not egg pans.

I love this pan – and never owned a stainless steel pan before! I have watched a lot of YouTube recipe makers who highly recommend stainless steel pans, so I thought I’d buy one during Amazon Prime Day’s with a discount. I’m thrilled with this pan. Very sturdy and not to heavy like cast iron is. Highly recommend.
