I got this steering wheel cover to replace a one-piece leather cover I’d received as a gift and which is starting to peel.This particular cover is a mix of pluses and minuses. Being in two pieces, it IS easier to install…although if you’re finicky and want it oriented properly, you’ll have to take care when aligning the pieces before popping them on: they do a good job of adhering to the wheel, so they can’t really be adjusted once placed on; they have to be removed and placed back on the wheel in the desired location.This cover is smoother than my leather one, although it still has a “grippy” tactile feel to its surface, which gives confidence in grasping and maneuvering the steering wheel. Additional contours near the “10-o’clock” and “2-o’clock” positions give you additional “grip” elements. This cover has a thinner profile than my former leather cover: it’s closer to the actual steering wheel itself, which would make it ideal for drivers who prefer that thinner feel.The two pieces of this cover are cut so that the top of both halves come together with only a seam separating them. The bottom of both halves is cut a little differently, presumably in an attempt to be more decorative, but with more of a gap between the two halves. I didn’t think that would bother me while steering, but I discovered that it bothered me more than thought it would: I didn’t know that my hands would be gripping exactly in that spot at the bottom of the wheel that often! That was enough to make me deduct a star.I’ve found that I prefer the leather one-piece covers, even though they may be a bit harder to put on…but this cover is likely to be just as fine for those who like its particular characteristics and features: for those people, I’d recommend it.

It’s perfect the material is excellent looks like real carbon fiber I own a 2021 acura tlx the regular size fits good u can always Google the size your car steering wheel is.

I did break it a little bit when installing on my steering wheel, but not badly and it still works! Not exactly easy to install, but I liked it once it was on. It does not move around or anything while driving.

Great quality cover
I got the matte black steering wheel cover and it’s great! The steering wheel of our 2003 Alero has started degrading from sun damage, so this cover helps prevent it from getting worse. The standard size fit on the steering wheel perfectly, nice and snug without any extra wiggle room. This ensures a good grip and no sliding around. When driving, the cover feels comfortable and grippy, just as it should. It was super easy to install, very good looking (love the carbon fiber design), seems to be good quality and isn’t too expensive at $21.99 – I’m sure I’ll get my money’s worth out of it and plan on buying 2 more colors for our other vehicles. Would recommend!

Works Perfectly on 2007 Toyota
I tried to install this really fast and gave up about 30sec in when I realized it was going to take a bit more effort. It appears that it will snap right on, but for our 2007 Toyota Corolla it took a little bit of effort. I am ok with this though because I didn’t want it sliding around while driving and it most definately will not. It is slick enough to wipe your steering wheel clean, but still offers enough grip to drive securely. Looks great and will last a lifetime. Great product to improve the look and feel of an older cars steering wheel.Hereâs my rating scale for products:1 Star: Do not buy. This item has serious flaws. I would never under any circumstances use again.2 Stars: Do not buy. Its usable at best, but you could easily find something better.3 Stars: Just ok. Buy if you can’t find an alternative. Some issues need to be addressed.4 Stars: Recommend purchase. Good fit
My husband wanted to cover some flaws on the steering wheel of his 2019 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Limited. However, he did not want a thick, puffy cover that would alter the feel of the steering wheel, so he specifically searched for a thin cover. This one works great and he doesn’t mind the feel of it, either. It’s spring here, so he will use the cover for the next many months. However, he is thinking that he will remove the cover during cold months so he can experience the heated function on the steering wheel. But, this would be an issue with any cover and is not a flaw. However, this is something to consider. Pleased with this product.
