Big fan of these! Easy to pack and travel with because of how light weight they are. Iâve done many a work out with these and all have been successful thanks to these. My only gripe is that I canât seem to get them positioned right to where they donât roll and pinch while Iâm using them around my legs. Nonetheless, these are a great inexpensive option for workout bands.

Good quality, but not too strong of resistance
These bands do the job, but I was hoping for stronger resistance in, at least, the heaviest band. It also seems like there is little variation in the difference between the light and medium band, as they are both very light. These bands however, may work great for someone just getting into working out, or for lighter use!
