Great Pan, very durable.
I love it! I had a lot of trouble with it at first because I kept burning my eggs, but I found out that I have to let it heat up first on low heat (I use a gas stovetop), then after it has heated I put in the oil (I use ghee). After the oil heats up then I put my eggs in and it acts like a non stick pan.It is very durable and very easy to clean. I highly recommend this pan with the caveat that if you are not used to cooking on stainless steel there will be a small learning curve. Check out a few videos on You Tube and you can make the learning curve a little shorter.

Disappointing
This pan cooks decently but is impossible to clean. I’ve used it 4 times and it looks like I’ve had it for years. I used a brillo on it and scrubbed for a good 5 minutes and it still has residue on it.

Jon Snow of Sautee Pans
This is the Jon Snow of sautee pans. Its beautiful and durable and you can cook hard and hot and messy but it’ll clean up in a breeze. Its like wielding a Valaryian steel sword, but for cooking. It heats evenly and quickly. It deglazes like a dream. The high sides make it easy to baste without making a mess. The handle is comfortable… this pan has zero holes in its game. I will buy a whole set of these when the time comes.

Love the stainless steel, very well made and cleans up nicely
I searched on line alot for the best stainless steel fry pans and decided to choose this brand, I was thinking on Al Clad but they were double the price. Many years ago I brought an all strainless steel set, but over the years I got rid of the fry pans for non stick. My husband and I watched a great movie, (true story) about the Dupont Telfon Plant in a USA small town. So many people who worked at the plant and lived near by got cancer, and after the movie someone was speaking on how bad teflon pans are to use, so we made the decision to go back to stainless steel. So far love this pan, good weight and construction. I followed what other reviewers said to do which was to coat the bottom of pan lightly. I used a small silicone brush to spread the olive oil creating a thin layer. I turned pan on medium heat (gas range) and let it heat up and then added my eggs. As the eggs began cooking I lifted the edges all around let set and lifted further under center of eggs, and then when ready I flipped the eggs, no sticking happened. The pan cleaned up beautifully by hand. The only complaint I had was Amazon shipped my frying Pan in a very thinly padded bag and it arrived 3/4’s torn open and bottom of pan was scratched. I have ordered today the 12″ pan I am sure due to size it will come in a box.

Great frying pan
My husband and I love this frying pan. I got it after my large burner on my stove died and after replacing all the parts, we could not get the large burner to work again. This frying pan has a layer of copper that do a good job of distributing the heat so that food cooks evenly, even on a small burner. Great pan!!

Pan OK but Anolon warranty useless
This pan is OK, but Anolon’s “Lifetime Warranty” is useless. I have a non-stick Anolon pan which has the non-stick coating flacking off and they said it is not “material or workmanship” so it is not their problem.Anolon does not stand behind their costly product

Nice pan for the money
The tripleclad bottom does a great job giving you even cooking. Note that the rim is not triple clad, but just single clad, and therefore food will get burned on the edges. Cost is $40 and I think this is the best deal for 40 bucks. Thereare many pans around 8 inches out there but after much research, I settled for this one. If you want a nicer pan which has the 5 clad layers not only in the bottom but on the side wall, go for All-Clad BD55108 D5 Brushed 18/10 Stainless Steel 5-Ply 8-Inch pan. Sauces will not burned on the sidewall of thsi all cland, But, but, but…. it is 90 dollars. You get what you pay for.

El sartén de siente pesado, se siente la calidad en los materiales y en el número de capas en la base. Al no tener antiadherente, sugiero tener cuidados especiales, te acostumbras. Se siente que durará años y años.
