I used this on a cruise ship to watch a conference I didn’t want to miss. The adapter worked perfectly. I was able to watch the event using my iPhone to play on the cabin’s TV. Additionally, I could keep the phone charged using the lightening outlet on the adapter so afterward, I could use the phone right away. My one complaint is that the lightening cord on the adapter doesn’t fit snugly into my phone so any slight bump would cause a loss of connectivity. The size and weight of the large HDMI cable compared to that of a standard lightening cable contributed to the instability. That’s a small issue though. I highly recommend this product.

Love Baseball!
I bought this item so that I could watch my favorite MLB team on tv. I went with the $19.99 a month plan from the team, since I no longer have cable. At first I was having trouble connecting, I kept getting a message banning the recording of the game. I finally figured out the proper sequence, first, connect the unit to a HDMI port on the television or projector, open that port on the screen, then get the game on your device, once you get the stream going, connect your device, in my case I am using an iPad, the game will show up on your large screen and also on your device.

Product does not work properly
This adapter feels very cheap. Iâve been noticing that itâll completely disconnect mid movie, the screen with just go all blue. Another issue Iâve come across is my phone sound wonât link with my projector. Build quality is very poor, feels like plastic. I recommend spending an extra buck on a better quality adapter.

It works but is not Consistent it flickers on & off and I have to move my phone a certain way to make it work again. It gets warm fast too. Sad shame I take pictures of all of my notes or pages that I need to remember itâs easier for me to access anywhere when I need to study and being able to put them on a screen is even better! To bad that we are in 2025 with AI & devices still donât work properly.UPDATE: the Seller reached out to me & offered me a refund & that service alone alone is worth 10 stars! I likely wouldnât buy this product but would certainly shop other items from this seller for sure!

It is a good gadget for mirroring screen of apple mobile or iPad with non Apple TVs . However the charging port of the gadget is not compatible with apple devices. So if you are doing mirroring, the apple device should be fully charged

Nothing is good about this product. Build (plastic) quality is cheap. Wire is decent.Not supported for any OTT application. No games support.In just 5 minutes its device heated so high.Suggestion buy genuine Apple products
