Nearly perfect
I never buy new couches but it was hard to find a black sectional used so I splurged on this and am not disappointed! I usually prefer softer couches and beds and this one a bit on the firmer side but def not rock hard, still comfortable! The pull out bed slides out super smooth. I love the extra storage and being able to configure it so many different ways. Iâm not sure what the fabric is but it feels velvety. Pet hair comes off super easy. I havenât washed the covers yet. The build is pretty sturdy. The only thing is the back cushions are a little too lightly filled so a throw pillow helps behind your back.

L shaped couch with pull out bed
It came together pretty easily. We werenât at first sure how it was going to look but were quite pleased with the results! It fits perfectly in our loft and the dimensions were exactly what was described. The build is solid and firm, which we like and we love the color as well. We love how it easily pulls out into a bed and there is also space for storing things.

Surprised at the Quality and Features
I needed a modular sleeper sofa that would come in pieces small enough to fit up a tight/narrow stairway and this fit the bill! It arrived in 3 boxes and was super easy to move up the stairway and assemble. Really solid once assembled and the sleeper loveseat pullout is easy to operate. Only complaints are itâs a bit firm, the depth is a bit shallow when pulled out (Iâm 5â2 and my feet are at the end of the footstool when sitting with my feet up), and one back cushion never properly inflated. But the company was super responsive and shipped me a replacement cushion immediately. Super happy with this budget friendly modular sofa!!!

Quality and great customer service
4 boxes arrived on the same day, all of the pieces were shipped and delivered together. It takes 2 fairly strong people to unpack and assemble the set, but itâs a quick process. This sectional is perfect for my space. Iâd never bought a couch sight unseen, so I was cautiously optimistic it would be good, but the fabric and quality exceeded my expectations. The shade of gray is exactly what I was looking for. The cost is definitely a fair price to pay for this. It is sturdy and well built. The loveseat has ample storage space for blankets and a pillow or 2. The sleeper sofa pulls out with minimal effort. The functionality of a couch and sleeper is definitely a plus. This is a firm set but I like that. And most sleeper sofas are on the firm side. I saw one commentâ¦the buyer wasnât happy with customer service. One of the cushions had a crease in it, maybe during packing. I emailed the seller. They responded in less than 24 hrs. They ask for photos, that was fair enough. I sent photos and they responded within 24 hr and immediately sent out a replacement cushion. The seller/company and their customer service is A+â¦I donât know how they could improve. If ever I need another couch, I wonât hesitate to buy again from them.Based on my experienceâ¦the set canât be beat and customer service goes above and beyond.My delivery window was Dec 6-10â¦all 4 pieces arrived on the 6th. Thank you for an awesomeexperience.I will also say this, before finding this sectional, I shopped locally. I was shocked at the lack of quality of name brand furniture especially for the price. I was even more surprised at the length of the warranty. Most had one year. I found one small couch, almost $800 or $900. I considered it since I needed something before Christmas. When I ask the sales person about the weight capacity, he couldnât find it in any of the literature. He gave me the item #, I went to the website to research. It wasnât posted anywhere on their websiteâ¦and this is a brand that have furniture store where all they sell is their brand.The information provided on the Amazon website was complete, the warranty through the company was 1 yr, but it wasnât too costly to buy the additional 3 yrs warranty which I did. This set also holds 466 lbs per seat. I donât expect we will have that much on one seat, but nevertheless the information was complete. I absolutely love this sectional.

Couch
Couch is a great size. We had an issue with one of the boxes. It wasn’t any fault of the seller but more fed ex mishandling items. Reached out to the seller & they immediately fixed the problem. Very easy to get into contact with and very reasonable solutions. Amazing customer service. Couch is really soft and we are really happy with it!

Everything I was looking for
It was super easy to put together. I would suggest having a second person but I was able to get it together in 30 minutes alone. If you like firm couches, this is for you. I like a firm couch and this is perfect. I love the built in storage and the pullout bed function. They are both super smooth and work better than expected. It even comes with these two little metal peices that allow you to lock the foot stool in place with the large container section so it does not move while using the couch as a bed. Everything about this is well thought out and extremely easy to use.

Almost Perfect
This couch is aesthetically pleasing and exactly what I envisioned. I ordered a second single seat insert to extend it wider/longer and this made it perfect, visually.However, it is very firm. Borderline uncomfortable, especially when utilizing the pull out bed function.They sell a velvet version of this couch which looks very comfortable but doesn’t look aesthetically pleasing.Its easy to put together, especially after watching the online tutorials but it is time consuming. I put it together myself. It would have been a lot faster with 2 people.After much research on this couch and others, I am happy with my choice. Visitors state they love the look of it. I haven’t had any compliments about the feel of it yet however lol.
