Customers say
Customers find the sauté pan durable and appreciate its heat distribution, noting it heats quickly without hot spots and works well on induction cooktops. The pan is easy to clean, taking less time to hand wash, and performs great for cooking eggs. While some customers find it very non-stick, others report food sticking to the surface, and opinions on value for money are divided between those who find it worth the price and those who consider it overpriced.

NO MORE TEFLON!
I have used teflon lined pans for years. Even though the manufacturer will send me a replacement pan when the coating starts to look funky, I got rid of all of them. Ceramic is the next best thing and healthier (I hope) for nonstick cookware. Cooked scrambled eggs without any oil and they came right out. Time will tell if the ceramic holds up after years of cooking.

Best frypans Iâve ever purchased.
Be sure to buy the triple clad and you will be very pleased. They donât burn food because theyâre thicker. Wash up like a dream. Itâs easy to mistake the lighter pan for the higher quality one!

Best nonstick skillets!
Over the last 3 years, I purchased several Blue Diamon skillets and I consider then to be by far the best nonstick cookware. I have used a lot of “non stick” skillets with different coating, but all of them either didn’t work or do not last long. Blue Diamon works as advertised and after 3 years of use, its surface is as good as new. Planning to buy more!

Great wok shaped pan
I love this pan. Even though it is called a “wok”, it really is just a wok shaped pan. I have had this for a few months now and the non-stick properties are still alive and well. Though, I expect that to go away eventually. A wok is typically a cast iron pan that is designed to be used over high heat, usually a flame. I would not try to put this over a high heat flame. My stove top is a flat induction style and this pan sits flat, which is huuuggggeeee. I hate when pans begin to rock. It still sits flat now, but I never really go higher than a medium high heat. I had a cheaper Food Network “wok” before and it was flimsy, aluminum, and was warped when I bought it. This Blue Diamond pan is far superior. Recommend if you are in the market for a pan like this.

So far so good
Seems to have good quality. Wish it had a hole in the handle you could use to hand it like my other pans

Great 8-inch Pan, Uses Less Energy to Cook
I LOVE THIS PAN! I was skeptical that it would work on my induction cooktop despite other reviewers saying it does. I have a 10-inch blue diamond pan that does not work with induction.I compared the symbols underneath both pans and this 8-inch pan has the “coil” symbol in addition to other cooking symbols that my old 10-inch pan has. I noticed it working so well with induction that I set the power level at 2.5 instead of 3.0 to cook an egg in a couple drops of olive oil to make an egg-muffin. The pan is heavy enough to sit level even when empty. When I remove the egg from the pan, the pan looks clean.I think other reviewers saying the pan burns, are just using too much heat or cooking for too long. This little pan cooks faster than the small cast-iron pan I was using. It looks good, cooks efficiently and saves energy.

So far it’s been amazing…HOLD THE PRESSES!!
I cook eggs omelettes almost every day in this and it has been flawless… without sticking. I also do steaks med & med-rare and get an awesome sear with no gray meat. I use a 1/4 teaspoon of melted butter and coat the entire cooking surface by wiping it around with a sheet of paper towel. The key is also to never go above medium to medium-high heat depending on burner size and always place the food when the pan is up to temperature. After dropping the food I wait a few minutes before trying to move it around. I use no metal, or wooden utensils to move the food. It literally cleans up with a paper towel. I do not try to wash the interior until the pan is cool to the touch and always use a soft sponge to wash the ceramic coating. To not use a scouring pad on the lip of the pan either as you’ll start to wear the coating off from the edges. Use a scouring pad on the backside and handle all you want. It should give you years of service.Update: This pan has been a no-go for the last month and finally documented today. Nothing has changed in the process originally described. Additionally, if I try to replicate in other Blue Diamond pans with a little less daily use, not a problem yet. Again, this pan has never been above medium setting on the stove and never placed inside the oven. My only conclusion is the ceramic coating isn’t lasting or the chickens are laying some new alien species of egg. I’ll go with the former.

Blue Diamond is FANTASTIC!!!
I now own three of these frying pans in different sizes and I love them!!!I have the 8 inch, the 10 inch and the large sauté pan! They are induction compatible and you can use metal utensils in them. Once they get to temperature, you can turn the heat down and the pans hold their heat well for faster cooking. Cleanup is a breeze as well! LOVE them!

I’ve been using it twice a day for over a week and this is a great pan. Nothing sticks to it, cleaning it is a simple wipe with a paper towel and a quick rinse. It feels like a pan should. To work properly a pan needs mass. This has it and the multi ply metal goes all the way to the rim. All my other “unscratchable’ pans had fine scratches within a few days, this one still looks like the day it was delivered! I’ve already bought another one (larger). I don’t know if it is the diamond dust in the coating but it works. A bit expensive but quality always is. Get one of these, you won’t regret it!
