Output connector rod suddenly fell out
I ordered this charger (5 months ago) in February of this year. It worked great. Used it only occasionally but was happy to have it when I needed a charge while traveling. Suddenly, it stopped working. The plug will not engage all the way in and therefore, it will not recharge. Upon further inspection, I noticed the horizontal connector rod inside the Output opening was no longer there. Clearly, it has fallen out and the only assumption I can make is shoddy workmanship. Too bad. I really liked the size, heft, and convenience of this. For $18, I expected better quality.July, 2018 update: After posting a one-star rating several weeks ago, Bonai contacted me and made a full replacement of the original charger. While it was still under warranty (which I was not aware) the company’s customer service could not have been better. The charger arrived this week and is working like a well-tuned pocket watch. Hope to enjoy its performance for many years to come. Thanks, Bonai. I really do love this little gadget.

Inconvenient Charging for non-iPhone Users
Eh, these are “OK” only because the price was pretty cheap, I got them on a special sale for $8 each, if not for that I would have returned them. They only have one USB-A output and they have to be charged with an Apple Lightening cable. I should have looked at the details closer. As a Samsung/Android user, I dont have any apple cables except the short 6″ one that came with the battery. It would be a lot better if it had the USB-A Outlet AND a USB-C out/in. Also, my phone battery is 5500mAH and this battery says its 5000mAH, however, just charging my phone to about 20% took over half of the battery’s charge – and it was very slllloooow. Nice and compact for some backup power – but not even really worth the $8 to me. I didnt want to take the time to return. Oh well

Won’t fully charge an item
My items that I am charging will get to about 50% and this shuts off every single time. And it is fully charged so that is not the issue. Horrible product that is going back.

It’s cute & it works
It’s my favorite color. While I was skeptical on if it would actually be purple, it is definitely a gorgeous royal shade of purple. It works wonderfully & it’s nice that it includes one cord to charge my phone & the charger. It’s portable & lightweight. The battery lasts all day & charges take time though will get to 100%
