Customers say
Customers praise the earbuds’ sound quality, particularly the noise cancellation, and appreciate their comfort, noting they can wear them for hours without discomfort. Moreover, the battery life is impressive, lasting all day, and the fit is customizable with three sizes of ear tips. However, the functionality and connectivity receive mixed reviews – while some say they work well, others report frequent disconnections, and the right earbud tends to stop functioning. Additionally, opinions on build quality are divided between those who find them solid and those who consider them poor quality.

Amazing sound-no issues, very easy to use!
These were replacing Samsund buds 3-that were horrible. I have been reading review of earbuds for a few months and almost didn’t buy these…but I am so glad that I did! I’m not a sound connoisseur… I just know what sounds good to me. The sound with these is amazing! I have had no issues with disconnecting or the other issues that some reviews complained about. The fit is super comfortable. They were very easy to set up-literally right out of the box.

Really..the best out there
Frankly, I am surprised at some on the negative comments. Just goes to show you some folks just canât handle or understand electronics. These are really the BEST ear buds to stay in your ears and the sound is really the best I have enjoyed. I wear mine particularly when riding my motorcycle. I can tell you how many have fallen out of my ears while ridingâ¦butâ¦these bad boys stick like glue. Battery hold a good charge and charge up in a reasonable amount of time. I give em 5 stars and six if that was an option!

Great sound, with several glaring issues – BOSE please do better!
I’ve been a Bose fan for many years, which is why the areas of failure on these (and all QuietComfort buds after the first generation) are so frustrating. I really expect better from Bose and pray they deliver the next generation more thoughtfully. But…First off the GOOD parts:1) Sound quality (when connection is solid) is great. These have a really full sound with healthy bass.2) Battery life is a noticeable improvement over other generations.3) Touch controls and customizability. You can do a lot just with touch on the flat side surface.4) Wireless charging of the case. This should be table-stakes at this point and it’s wild that other gens didn’t have it.5) Noise isolation on microphone. These are miles ahead of other buds in terms of excluding background noise.6) Noise cancelling in general is good, although I don’t feel that it’s better than the Gen1’s – could be because the ear fit is much worse than the 1st gen.7) Ability to switch devices and be connected to multiple devices is very helpful.8) Auto-shut-off after a certain amount of time is great for battery saving and the fact that you can turn them on with touch is also awesome. That part is a great upgrade. Now the BAD:1) The fit of these is so annoying and uncomfortable. I haven’t found an generation has fit as well as the Gen1’s with the expanded fit kits. These loosen from the ear canal constantly and can literally pop out if you’re chewing or making those high exertion faces at the gym. And they don’t offer any expanded fit kits for the silicone ear tips.2) Speaking of the ear tips – the little bands that surround the ear bud are terrible. They shift out of place every single time I use the buds. You have to rotate them around like you’re trying to open a safe lock just to get them in the right spot. They often come off IN my ear when I remove the beds from my ear canal. They also just fall off the bud if they’re in your pocket, making it so easy to lose them. If they’re out of place when you try to put them in the case to charge, they won’t fit.3) Connectivity issues. Half the time I remove them from the case, only one of them turns on/connects via bluetooth, and I literally have to put on earbud back in the case and then back in my ear to get it working. Also, I can have my phone in my pocket and the connection starts to break up.4) The initial connection on setup took me like 7 tries. How has Bose allowed such a terrible set up experience??5) The case is fairly crappy and feels cheap. If you drop it, everything is exploding everywhere. It’s small enough (though very round vs. flat) and it’s lightweight, but could be better. Those are the big ones. And hey, at the end of the day, I still own two sets of these and use them religiously. But please Bose, take the feedback and do better next time!!!

Stability bands come off easy
Love the sound of these. I was hesitant about the fit. I hate they got rid of the old style rubber piece that held them in your ears. These were good until you take them out of your ear and the stability band disappears. You only get one of each size. So I’ve used my small and my medium and now I’m trying to find replacements. I don’t see the bows even sells them I’m going to have to get some aftermarket brand. Other than that I really like them. I’m guessing they’ve addressed all these issues.
Sounds good. Better than my sisters ipod. I like the bass! –
You will not go wrong with this one.
high, mid and lows sounds pleasant. Noice cancellations works great to. I just know bose will satisfy me. This replace a jbl tune flex that i gave to my wife. Sounds good to but it keeps falling off my ear.

Can’t beat the sound quality!
I am digging these earbuds. I took a minute to get used to the fit, but that has now passed! The sound is stellar, they’re comfortable and the price ($149 for me) is on point. I also tried the Ultra Open Earbuds but I wasn’t a fan of the sound at all. User preference! I have wired in Bose over ear headphones that I’ve been rocking for almost 10 years. Bose delivers again!

Connectivity issues
Pros:1. Great clear call quality (blocks outside noise)2. Excellent noise cancellation3. Good battery life with a quick recharge when back in its case.Cons:1. Tons of “connectivity” issues. I take it out of their case and it won’t always connect so I have to put them back in the case and try again. I’ve missed numerous of important phone calls because of this because they would not connect in time to answer the phone call with Bluetooth.2. Connectivity issues is a headache to deal with.3. Battery percentage on app once said 83 percent, but while on a call it said “low battery, low battery” so I couldn’t finish the call with the Bose Bluetooth. If you’re driving this is a Major concern.4. The connectivity range is short around 15-20 feet max. I have others where it’s over 30-35 feet.5. They’re not super comfortable and they stick out of ear.The good call quality makes these worth it (when it finally does connect to phone) as well as the really good active noise cancellation. It just comes with some moderate inconveniences.Edit: 5/19/253 stars to 2. I have missed so many calls because I would take these out of the case and put them in my ear and they would not connect in time to answer the call. Also they would be connected (I received audio) and I would open the app to change a setting and the app says they’re not connected and I can’t change the settings. But missing too many calls to count is the worst. Piece of s*%&

I have a few things to mention about this product.Firstly, make sure the earphone is securely pressed into your ear; otherwise, it will pause when the sensor isnât activated. I donât mind this, as I actually prefer it over my other earphones that keep playing and wasting battery when Iâm not listening. In terms of comfort, these earphones are excellent. I can wear them all day without any complaints. However, when Iâm in a busy place with no sound playing, the noise cancellation can feel slightly uncomfortableâbut that depends on individual sensitivity. While it doesnât completely block out very loud noises, Iâd say it cancels about 95% of ambient sound when walking on the streets or at home. The sound quality is outstanding. You can really hear the highs and lows, as well as the different instruments in a song. I never noticed these details when using cheaper earphonesâitâs like rediscovering music. One minor downside is that switching between devices isnât always seamless. Sometimes it connects instantly, other times it doesnât. But for me, thatâs not a dealbreaker. Also, if youâre next to someone talking, I highly recommend turning on ambient sound modeâotherwise, itâs nearly impossible to hear them. The noise cancellation is that effective.Overall, this product delivers on both comfort and sound quality, making it a great choice.

Incroyables !
