I’m 5’8 and have a wingspan of 6 ft and yet these bands just simply don’t stretch enough to actually strain me understandbly I’m not the biggest nor tallest but at the same time I have 3 resistance bands just for my arms and they have resist me far better due to shorter length so a overall better stretch even my lightest 20 pound one is far better than these same thing for legs not as bad as the arms but still need more umph had to add my old Resistance bands to these overall still usable with modifications but still disappointing

The belt wasn’t terribly great, but I used the resistance bands with other pieces of equipment that I currently have at home. If the belt and metal loopholes were better positioned on the belt, wrist, and ankle attachments, then I would’ve written a more praising review.
