Customers say
Customers find the car cover works well, is easy to put on and off, and offers good value for money. The fit and durability receive mixed feedback – while some say it fits perfectly, others find it too small, and while some report it’s still going strong, others mention it tearing easily. The waterproof performance is also mixed, with some saying it does a great job keeping the car dry while others note it’s not really waterproof. Additionally, the cover leaves white dust all over the car.

Good Value – Durable – Outdoors for 3 Years
UPDATE – 7/23/2017Moving my car back into the garage has been significantly delayed, and fortunately, this cover has survived a total of 3 years. It has been continuously exposed to outdoor weather (plus sunlight and storms) since Aug 2014. It is definitely now showing signs of age and wear. Top shows sun damage and some holes have developed at points where winds have caused the cover to rub against metal edges. I think strapping the cover down with bungees and clamps helped this cover last as long as it did with windy conditions. I feel the material has clearly demonstrated it is tear resistant. Upgraded from 4 to 5 stars.ORIGINAL REVIEW – Aug 23, 2015I purchased the 229″ size to cover my (as-yet) unrestored 1950 Chevy, so we could park it in our driveway. It is bigger than I needed, but custom fit was not my primary concern. I needed the width. The car has been out there, covered for about a year now. The cover is still doing fine. When shopping for car covers, I was concerned by some reviews that said this one lacked durability. Some said it tore fairly easily and severe weather was a problem for other reviewers. Some of these reviews said the cover did not last 6 months. Reviewers seemed to disagree on the meaning of the term “weatherproof”. Some reviewers said they were satisfied.I am happy to report this car cover has met my expectations and in some ways exceeded them. It has weathered a year of direct sunlight and survived. There is only one small tear in the cover right at the bumper. (I discovered this was because the bumper is rusting and at that spot the chrome plating is flaking off and is quite sharp. It created a 3″ tear, but the cover has not continued to rip apart.)Because of the negative reviews, I expended considerable effort anchoring the car cover. I used the grommet holes and ran bungee cords under the car to assure the car cover would stay in place in a severe storm. I also used tarp clamps with bungee cords in spots where there were no grommets. When I used tarp clamps, I used scrap cloth to protect the cover from the clamps. (In retrospect, all this may not have been necessary, but at the time I felt — better to invest that time preparing for the worst… than not to, and wish I had.)We have had several severe storms in the past 12 months, and a recent one knocked down several trees on our property. I have never had to tend to the car, the cover, or its anchoring during this time.As far as how well this cover has protected the car, I cannot yet say. I have not taken the cover off to look at the car. However, that day is coming and I hope to update my review with those results.Bottom line… I feel this car cover provides good value for the money. I would buy it again.

Light weight, affordable and covers your ENTIRE SUV. Great buy!
Cover arrived in Manufacturer’s box. No Amazon exterior carton. Easy to open. Cover is for a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. Fits snugly as I imagined it would. When they say it fits a 186″ vehicle they mean it. My vehicle is slightly “larger” in that there is a chrome brush guard mounted in the front of the car. The cover still covered it very nicely. I like snug car covers as they are less apt to blow off in the wind.I am a short guy. 5′ 7″. The car is obviously over my head which makes getting the car cover ON the car, a little cumbersome. I think that will get better with more use and times taking the cover off and putting it back on. The cover comes with tags sewn on the inside seams. RED tag is BACK, GREEN tag is FRONT. Additionally in the front of the cover (on the outside) the BUDGE logo is screen printed on. Not large. But that logo makes it quite easy to figure which end is which without the sewn in tags. I tore my tags out (quite easily). The only con I can see with the cover (and this is just personal taste), the storage bag is SEWN by about 2 feet of material made into an umbilical cord. Guess you can’t lose the bag but rather than leaving it lay on the ground in the back of your vehicle where it can easily get filthy, rained on, stepped on and generally abused, it IS tuckable beneath the cover and although visible … no big deal. I cut that umbilical tether. Theempty bag is NOTHING to store when it’s empty. Mine will be stored in the car when the cover is in use. When not in use, the entire ensemble will be stored in my garage. Suffice it to say, I like the cover well enough to immediately alter some of it’s items (front and back tags) and cut the bag clear of the cover itself.Cover is soft and fits snugly about the car. Elastic band ensure in a light wind, it won’t blow off. Medium to heavy winds I wouldn’t trust the cover to stay on the car. There are many way to secure the cover to your car so I will leave that to your imagination on how to accomplish that. The cover COMPLETELY cover all painted / molded plastic surfaces of the car. The lower third of your tires / rims are pretty much all that is exposed.Light weight and easily portable. Folds up to a small package and with it’s own storage bag, makes it quite the item to have for your car. There is ONE OTHER CON: Your antenna. Car cover makers cannot possibly cover all locations that car manufacturers place antenna’s in. Mine is roof mounted in the rear just forward of the rear hatch. I will fix that at well. Get the cover into place as best I can (making sure it is squarely on the car) then mark where the antenna hole needs to be cut. I use a paper hole punch to do this (not my first car cover). Then I take a needle and thread and sew around that hole so it doesn’t rip / tear. If someone in your household can sew, they can help you with this. And yes you could even do it on a sewing machine as the material is that light weight. No fear of breaking needles BUT there is a lot of material to get under the machine to get to sew that tiny little antenna hole. Food for thought.Love the new cover. I am sure it will assist me in keeping the finish of my car in much better shape … away from prying eyes, bugs, and those famous bird dive bombers. Smashed bugs and birds droppings will do SERIOUS DAMAGE to your paint job / polyglycoat in a matter of hours. PERMANENT damage. Ever had cosmetics (paint) done to your car? Dealership or body shop … the labor rates are OUTRAGEOUS.Since writing the review above, the cover has been “updated” with grommets. The antenna now has a permanent grommet located where the antenna sticks through the cover. It is sandwiched with felt on the inside to protect the cars finish and marine grade vinyl on the outside to assist with tearing. The other 4 grommets were installed to make the cover “wind proof”. Grommets were installed left & rightside in front and back. They’re located behind the rear tires and in front of the front tires. A bungee cord is used between the grommetsto secure the cover and runs beneath the front and rear of the car (totally out of view). The cover will not blow off during high winds andwill remain ON the car while protecting it from airborne debris. I can’t say it’s hurricane proof (and the car would never be left out in a hurricane anyway) but WILL remain on the car during winds of 30 – 40 mph. The grommets were purchased here on Amazon and easyto install. My other car cover will get the same update when weather permits. (my little roadster doesn’t sit outside).

Has worked for my Tiburon
I bought the Budge RB-3 Rain Barrier Cover to cover my 2006 Hyundai Tiburon because the cover had the rain barrier feature. It fits perfectly and the rain barrier works good. I was really worried that I would not order the correct size. After measuring my car and checking the length on edmonds.com (173 inches) I felt that I should order the “Sedans up to 200 inches” size. The size lower was up to 170 inches, and although I wanted it to fit snug, I didn’t wan’t it to not fit. It seems that people have had trouble getting the right size and that made me nervous, and with the high winds around here I didn’t want it too be too large. So, for whatever it is worth, the larger size seems to fit very well (not super tight, but not loose) for a car on the lower length end of the scale of the Budge size recommendations. For the high winds that I previously referred to, you definitely want to use the tie down holes that are available in the center of the length of the cover. The cover comes with a very light line to use for the tie down. It probably can work, but is not very user-friendly. You have to make a knot on one end, at the tie down hole, and then figure out how you are going to get this under the car to the order side. I ended up using a configuration of bungee cords that had some weight to toss under the car to the other side. This tie down method withstood very high winds and the cover on both front and back of the car stayed on the car, with the exception of one time. On the tie-down holes there are plastic rivet-like covers over the hole cutouts, which have come off of the fabric. So, at some point this weakness will probably not hold up and result in the fabric tearing. This cover has suited my purposes, and with a few design weaknesses has, to this point, held up under occasional use.

Not the quality I expected, also doesn’t fit the 2020 Wrangler Sahara Unlimited 4 door.

Justo el tamaño que buscaba, la tela está perfecta porque es lo suficientemente suave para no rayar el vehÃculo pero se ve muy resistente.

My SAAB 9-5 Wagon kept getting covered in tree sap, so I removed all the sap and got this as a car cover. It is made with a very high quality and soft material. It’s thicker than a lot of car covers so it will be good during the winter time as well. No hard edges that can scratch your paint. Very water resistant. Very happy that I spent a bit more to get something that will truly protect my car all year round.
