Here is the booklet that will teach your children how to pray the Rosary and make them love doing so. Charming Catholic friends Fulton and Cynthia return in this vivid and engaging Lego-style comic book that takes children on a fun and stimulating adventure through the twenty mysteries of the Holy Rosary.
A Pocket Guide to the Holy Rosary is colorfully illustrated with images that capture young imaginations and help them meditate on each mystery and grow in understanding of our Lord’s life and sacrifice. The stirring images depicting scenes from the lives of Jesus and Mary are taken directly from Kevin and Mary O’Neill’s immensely popular Catechism of the Seven Sacraments.

The best
First, this is the best rosary guide I’ve ever seen. Second, I’ve apparently been praying the rosary wrong for decades (pun intended lol). The rosary is introduced by two minifigures, one of whom wants to understand the rosary. This guide covers the purpose of praying, and the organization and the mysteries of the rosary. The mysteries are clearly explained and followed up with detailed MOC builds for each mystery. Next, readers get a detailed breakdown of what prayer to say with each bead, At the end, common variations, such as including the prayer to St. Michael the Archangel or including an extra Glory Be, Hail Mary, and Lord’s Prayer for the Holy Father. This is especially useful for the, “That’s not how I learned it,” situation.I like how thorough and easy to understand the directions are, but what truly makes this the best rosary guide ever is the LEGO builds depicting each mystery and the Catholic minifigs Fulton and Cythnia learning about their faith tradition. The mere fact that this is LEGO catches the attention of young builders. I’ve always had a hard time remembering the mysteries, but I bet if there had been a guide featuring the American Girls learning the rosary and the mysteries, I probably would have learned them in no time! Two other notes about why I think the LEGO aspect is great: 1. This rosary guide has also inspired T to begin his nativity build already, pregnant Mary and all – the Visitation image showed him how to build a Mary with a removable belly. 2. It’s encouraging familiarity with and knowledge of Bible passages, which can only help one’s understanding of Christian faith and one’s recognition of biblical references in literature. This is the rosary guide I’ll be recommending from here on out!
