Perfect for beginners
Bought for our first dry camping event at atv park and as beginners this was SO easy. Always have been intimidated by a tent, but honestly, I could put this up by myself within 10 minutes max. Just as easy to take down than set up! Perfect space for two people. We didnât experience any rain so canât speak for that. Will update review once we use it again.

Very easy and fast for one person to set up/take down. First camping trip went well, it is weird to put back in the bag as far as how to fold it back up, mine did not come with instructions. It fits in the bag fine but is lopsided because all the material ends up on one side?Did not come with rope or stakes. Also, it says this is waterproof but has no rain fly. I will update how that goes when I get rained on!

It Doesn’t Get Easier Than This!
If you’re a tent camper like myself, this tent is a must have! Not gonna lie, I was really skeptical about just how quickly this tent supposedly set up… Oh my gosh, it’s so fast and easy to set up! I literally timed myself and from first opening the bag to having the tent fully erect it only took me 2 minutes! That’s it! Two minutes by myself! Upon unzipping the bag I was really surprised to see there was no extra cardboard to discard or plastic to throw away, it was just the tent and a bag of very nice heavy duty tent stakes and guy lines. The instructions for this tent are sewn right into the bag and easy to see as soon as you unzip it, and they’re always there if you need a refresher course later on. I’ve done a lot of tent camping in my lifetime and this is by far the easiest tent I’ve ever erected by myself, and definitely the fastest. It has good sized windows on all four walls and the door unzips all the way with tie backs to secure it open if you prefer. There’s also a built in mat at the door as well. There are no extra poles to assemble, at all! It’s all one unit that folds out and pops up a lot like an instant canopy would. It’s quite roomy inside and would easily fit two people with a good sized air mattress, or more people with cots. I like how the bottom of the tent extends a little up the sidewalls to further protect from any water getting inside, it adds to the waterproof feature for sure. Very open and airy tent, great for kids and adults too. There’s also a nice power outlet opening, which was a nice bonus. Another plus is how easy it was to take down as well; it only took me five minutes from start to finish to have this tent completely down and back inside the bag, and that was just my first time with this tent… this tent really is that easy to manage! The price seems on point with the quality, material, and ease of use. Super durable and sturdy. It really doesn’t get any easier than this! Highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised by this tent.As promised, it goes up quickly and it’s large enough for at least 4, maybe as many as 6, depending on size. Nicely appointed with zip-shut windows on all sides, vent at the top, and a pass-through for a power cord. Pretty heavyweight and solid construction, seems like it will last a long time and withstand heavy wether.A few caveats. First, while it is true you can put it up in a couple of minutes, it will mrequire some strngth (or at least, mine does) to extend the poles. The first two poles are hard to extend, the last two much easier, so I suspect that having two or more people to hold the tent up might make this easier. Try it at home before you hit the road.Second, this is a heavy tent. If you have to carry it to the campsite, take that into consideration.Quality is excellent. I’m very happy with this tent.

Initial Impression & Concerns
I received this CAMEL CROWN instant tent through the Vine program and wanted to share my first impressions. Setup should be as advertised. The ‘instant’ nature of the tent is a major plus, and I can see how this would be a huge time-saver at the campsite.However, I have some reservations based on the materials used. The tent utilizes 150D Oxford fabric with a 2000mm PU waterproof coating. While the PU coating promises water resistance, my research indicates that a 2000mm rating is only suitable for *moderate* rain. This isn’t waterproof in the strictest sense.My primary concern is how this tent will perform in heavier or prolonged rain. Given the potential for being caught in unpredictable weather while camping, I’m hesitant to rely solely on the tent’s existing waterproofing. Therefore, I’m seriously considering investing in a separate rain fly for added protection and peace of mind.**Initial Rating: 3 out of 5 Stars**This rating is preliminary. The tent has a lot of potential due to its ease of setup. However, the question of its weather resistance, especially in heavy rain, is a significant factor. I plan to field-test this tent in the spring and will update my review with a final rating after experiencing its performance firsthand. I am mostly concerned with the overall capabilities and protection from the elements.
