Out of the box, itâs solid especially for the price. Time will tell.
Iâm pretty impressed with the thought out design! Very simple to put together and take down. Iâll update after summer though ;)Update: good for 1 heavy rain but water gets through if the rain is sustained.

Lightweight & Lightning Fast Setup (Almost!)
f you’re looking for a two-person tent that won’t weigh you down, this one is a serious contender, tipping the scales at less than five pounds. The setup is remarkably quick thanks to the shock-corded poles that clip directly to the tent instead of fumbling with sleeves. This design choice is a real time-saver, getting your shelter up in a flash. The rainfly also attaches easily with clips at the four corners and then secures firmly to the poles with fabric ties. I am 6’2″ and I was able to stretch out on the floor although my head and feet touched the walls. In the sitting up position there is adequate headroom. There are two mesh pockets, one on either end wall. They are about two inches off the floor so they don’t hold things off the floor, but at least you know where to find them in the morning. There is a hook for hanging a lamp in the center and zippered doors on both sides (tent and rainfly) for easy entry and exit. The rainfly also features four tiedown ropes at the corners for added stability in windy conditions. However, there are a couple of trade-offs for that lightweight design. The biggest drawback for comfort is that the mesh is only in the top section of the tent. This means breezes at the bottom are non-existent, which can make for a stuffy night, especially in warmer weather. Also, be prepared for a bit of head-scratching during your first setup, as there are no instructions included. Finally, the rainfly doesn’t sit far enough away from the tent body to allow for much airflow, which contributes to the stuffiness issue.Overall, if speed and weight are your top priorities, and you’re willing to sacrifice some ventilation and figure out the initial setup on your own, this tent is a solid choice for minimalist adventurers.

Amazing Value and Surprising features
I was really doubtful that this tent, at the price, would be any good. Honestly, I am amazed!!!! It is very roomy for a two person tent. It is “relatively” light weight. If you don’t need the fly, this tent would make a great 1-person back packer. For two people on a week long hike splitting the weight between two packs, while there might be lighter tents out there, this tent at this price, would be great. The materials seem durable enough to last a couple of seasons. The fly seemed to be of a heavier fabric than needed to get the job done. The tent floor provides adequate protection for your blow up mattress. Super easy to set up with just three three collapsible tent poles. It took maybe 5 minutes to set up for the first time without any instructions needed. It was easy to get back into the provided bag, which has clips which would make it easier to carry outside your pack. It has reflective bits to make your tent easier to find at night in the dark. Great access from either side. The zippers may be the only minor flaw that I could find. They didn’t feel cheap, but they weren’t the smoothest either. The doors can be rolled up and secured with the built in and reflective barrel clasps. Very well thought out. Included were way more tent stakes than needed. They seemed to be stiff and durable and made of an aluminum alloy. No tie-down line included, but in most conditions, you won’t need any for a free-standing tent. Again, an amazing value and surprising features… FIVE STARS!

Easy set up and spacious!
This tent really impressed us during a test run set-up. First, I LOVE that the poles are made from aluminum. They felt so sturdy when assembling the tent. Next, set up literally did just take one minute because of the clip-style fastening vs having to slide the poles through material. The clips hold very well and make set up so simple. The inside was very spacious for a 2 person tent and for the price, we’re extremely happy with this tent. While the fabric felt a tad thin, the integrity and quality seems very sound and held up to a test session with 3 kids under 7 and a dog rolling around in it lol. Best of all, the tent wraps up into a very small carry-on roll that’s even smaller than a camping chair and lightweight enough to backpack with. Highly recommend!

Difficult to take down
Impossible to put back into the bag. No instructions came with it either.

Light Duty, Basic Tent
I am a huge fan of hike-in camping, so lightweight reliable tents are a MUST-HAVE for me. This tent is very basic and light, as well as easy to set up and fold away. I guess I am comparing it too harshly against more expensive brands, but for me it’s a step up from “Meh” and a few steps down from “Whoah!”. So take that for what it’s worth. The tent performs well, but the quality isn’t on par with the big boys. For the money, you could get a bit more if you look hard.

Surprisingly Easy Setup for a Newbie Camper
This tent took literally one minute to set up and stayed sturdy all night, even with some light wind. I used it on a weekend trip and was super happy with the ventilation and how waterproof it was. Itâs lightweight but feels durable, and the carry bag is compact and easy to repack. Perfect for solo or duo camping trips.
