Decent phone stand but just okay for tablet
Product: HOTEMIA Cell Phone Stand, Adjustable Foldable Phone StandI like the small footprint of this phone stand. Small, foldable, easy to tuck away, and takes up very little table surface space. It has two height options; the extension is tight and requires some force to get into the other height position. Its gripping is just thick enough to fold my iPhone + a fat phone case in the vertical position, as shown in the picture. It doesn’t work as well when I turn my phone sideways; my phone slips due to the phone case’s extrusion at the back, so I wish the holder’s hook was bigger to accommodate the phone case. The 90-degree rotation stands true for the holder. It can hold my iPad, but the positions are more limited due to the tablet’s weight before toppling over; it’s not as steady. I showcased the full range of positions before the stand toppled over. In summary, it works fine as a phone stand but needs more balancing if you want to use it for a tablet.

It’s an okay phone holder, and it does keep my phone elevated, which is what I wanted; however, the prongs on the bottom that are supposed to keep the phone in place are too narrow to hold my phone’s security case, so my phone just sits unsecured on top. Also, I had to put a weight on the base because the weight of my phone kept knocking the holder over backwards. Fortunately, I had something handy that perfectly weighted the base; otherwise, I probably would have returned the item.

Use it for video conference calls
Use it with the work phone, Zoom meetings etc. to use their data vs my WIFI at home. Sturdy, good, have even taken it on business trips. Good little stand for the price
