Great choice for cooking meats or veggies
First of all, the way this company packaged their pan was wonderful. It wasnât just thrown in the box with a bunch of bubble wrap or paper wrapping to try to stop the pan from moving around-it had a shape formed piece of cardboard that kept the pan in place, and it even came with a cute little sponge!I also really appreciated that this Nonstick Frying Pan was wrapped with like a black fabric protector sleeve. When company spent a lot of time on how their products are packaged it shows that they care and I appreciated that.The pen itself cooks really well. I didnât have to use butter or any sort of cooking oil for nonstick. The first thing I cooked in there was browning some ground beef and all the oil and meat just slid right out. It was super nice. I didnât have to try to scrub any leftover bits off the bottom.I only had two concerns about this non stick frying pan.The first thing is that I wish it did have was a second smaller handle on their opposite side. Sometimes bigger dishes like that can get heavy if you fill them with a liquid or something like that you need to move, so I wish that it came with the second smaller handle on the other side so it was easier for me to carry and transport to the sink or table, etc..The second is that I wish the lid had more of a deep set groove that would fit into the pot because a lot of the water would spill out the sides of the lid. For example, I was boiling water and thereâs nothing âstoppingâ it from steaming/condensing to the top of the lid and then sliding out the sides down the side of the pan. So boiling is a bit tricky with this fan. Otherwise I love it.

I use a dishcloth, and if there is some stubborn cooking material, I use a melamine sponge

Great pan, perfect size.
This is a very nice deep frying pan. I initially thought the 11 inch size might be a little smaller than what I wanted. Turns out the size is perfect. The glass lid fits securely and has a small vent. When it arrived it was well packaged with a protector around the lid, the pan and the handle. The handle does come unattached so you will need to attach it with the included nuts and wrench. My package included three nuts so there is one extra if one comes off and is lost. There are instructions for cleaning it before the first use. It can’t go in the dishwasher. The pan has a very good non stick surface.

Nice size and depth
Heats up quickly. Has a good depth for frying chicken, making pasta & sauce, or other dishes. I am impressed with the non stick surface. The cool touch handle is as advertised; which I really appreciate! The lid fits tightly on the pan. It advertises you can use metal utensils with it, but I prefer to use wooden or silicone. I always hand wash and dry my pans and do not put into the dishwasher. I am not sure of the durability and will update this review if I notice any issues.I hope this review has been helpful
