Affordable Instant shade and bug protection!
I love this Instant Screened Canopy because I can set it up and take it down by myself. I am a senior lady. I had a gazebo over my inflatable hot tub which is outdoors. Last winter during a major wind storm the wind picked up my gazebo and tossed it down into a ravine. It was all bent up and it took 4 of us to haul it back up the hill. I did not want to go through that again and I wanted something that I could easily put up and take down in bad weather without having to rely on others to help me. The directions (which I did not find until after the canopy was already put up as it was in the bag with the stakes) and box said it took a minimum of two people to put it up so I called my Son over to help me. We struggled and struggled for close to a half hour. He said are you sure it didn’t come with directions? I said nope. I kept telling him I did see from comments online that you have to start from the inside.We struggled again and then decided to leave it. I came inside and went to the Coleman website and downloaded the manual. We were trying to put it up with the poles on the inside. Duh! With the directions in hand it was a piece of cake to put up and I did it all by myself in a matter of about 5 minutes like everyone else has said.I can not stress enough, make sure your poles are on the outside, not the inside. Make sure zippers are unzipped. Buy stronger stakes because the ones that come with it are not much more than a bent nail. The directions are inside of the bag with the stakes but in the event you lose them the Coleman website has downloadable instructions.This is a nice little screened canopy. I like it as well as I liked my 8×8′ gazebo, if not better. It requires no tools to set it up other than a hammer to pound in the stakes and a few sandbags for the corners wouldn’t hurt. It serves the purpose that I bought it for which is to provide bug protection and to keep the pine needles out of the spa when I have the cover off and I am using it. It is priced right. With proper staking it is a pretty solid screened canopy. It came all the way down to the ground so no worry about bugs crawling under it as some had said.I will definitely take it down during the winter as we get a lot of wind and snow. It looks like it will hold up for several years with little care.I highly recommend if you are looking for an easy to put up, take down, take anywhere, screened cover and if the mosquitoes are still biting? Avon’s Skin so Soft is the best mosquito repellent I have ever used. No kidding!

So easy to set up!
I’m a 5’5″ 112 lb middle aged woman and was afraid this might be cumbersome to carry and put up alone. I just took it out on a 5 day camping trip and it was not cumbersome at all. It’s not particularly light but light enough that I could put it in and out of my car roof carrier without difficulty. The materials and craftsmanship appear excellent and I’d expect this to last a good while. I did watch videos online to make sure I could unfold and fold this which was helpful because they had some hints to do it more easily alone. Unzipping the flaps before setting it up was a huge help. The set up could not have been simpler though. I walked around the tent and unfolded each leg and then went around and pushed each one up until it snapped into place. So easy! The tent was plenty roomy and kept out bugs while providing also shade. Take down was just as simple and took just a few minutes. So easy to setup and take down that it will be coming along on all of my camping trips even if it’s just a one nighter. So glad I made this purchase!

Me gustó mucho este producto.Cosas a favor:- Es muy sencillo de armarlo y también de volver a desarmar.- Se arma aproximadamente en unos 3 o 5 min.- Es lo suficientemente espacioso para que en su interior quepan unas 4 o 6 personas sentados con una mesa en el centro.- El diseño es muy bonito.- El color del techo ayuda al momento de colgar una lámpara ya que la luz rebota hacia abajo.- Protege correctamente del sol.Tiene muy buen precio a comparación de otras opciones más pequeñas y menos diseñadas para la ocasión.- Tiene suficiente soporte en cuanto a las estacas por lo cual se siente firme.- Te despreocupas de los problemas del sol o la lluvia mientras preparas tus alimentos o incluso si vez mientras una pelÃcula.Cosas en contra:- Cuando la lluvia es muy fuerte de repente llegas a mojarse si no estás en una ubicación correcta por su diseño pero esto es lógico ya que no esta completamente cerrado.

It is almost like the title say, instant setup. You unfold the legs, pull it up and there you go wasp deterrent activated. It is not a sealed unit at the bottom so bugs and other small animals can still get in or even the door when you walk in and out but it does what it is supposed to do.It folds up almost just as easy as setting it up and fits easy into the carry bag with enough room to spare.My only issue with it after using it is I would have liked a bit more of a box shaped tent to give more room to walk around the camp table but it is definitely not small and you can still walk around the table with ease.

At the waterfront campsite I set it up on the first night, wind blew it about 20â away, upside down onto the rocks on the shoreline. It was unharmed, no rips or anything. Word of advice: in windy locations use big plastic tent pegs and some rocks along the base to weigh it down, instead of just the smooth steel pegs included. We used it several times over the summer with no issues, was a welcome escape from wasps and gave us some shade yet itâs open-air enough to still feel like youâre outside. Truly easy to put up and take down, took about 2 mins for this single mom with a 9-year-old son âhelping.â
