This one is a favorite!
This pan is wonderful. The size is exactly what I need, cooking for one or two but could be for more. I love the beautiful finish on the stainless steel, cleans up very easily and is beautiful. Love the glass lid.

Pot
The non-stick coating works great, and itâs light enough to handle easily. Itâs not the fanciest set Iâve owned, but it gets the job done for daily meals without any major complaints from me.

Fantastic pan with many uses
I’ve never had a saute pan like this before – it’s always been frying pans or kettles/pots. This is the perfect marriage of those two shapes!First, I love that this pan has two handles, rather than a singular grip type handle. I can more easily carry the pan around without worry that it will tip.The tri-ply clad stainless steel metal of this pan has been awesome for transferring heat evenly. I pan seared some pork chops in it to test it out, and can say that it was the first time that the meat was cooked evenly throughout, compared to my other pans that would leave a portion of the meat undercooked, while another part is overcooked. I’m not 100% what the tri-ply metals are, but they seem to be doing their job. This pan can be used in the oven, HOWEVER there was a sticker on the lid (also BONUS A LID! YES!) about how you should not use the lid in the oven past 350 degrees as it may crack/break the lid. Otherwise I do love the fact there is a hole in the lid for my meat thermometer to fit in as well to check the temps of whatever I’m cooking. So far I’m a huge fan of this pan! The higher sides seem to help keep my stove a little cleaner, and keep me from sloshing stuff out when making sauces. It’s a pan that can do it all!

Great pan for sauteing food
While non-stick pans are convenient when it comes to clean-up, I prefer stainless steel cookware, such as this item. I used this pan to saute strips of chicken to make chicken alfredo. It was perfect for that because it has a large diameter, but isn’t nearly as deep as my large stockpot. So, turning the chicken to cook both sides and removing it when cooked was easy. Once I finished sauteing the chicken, I returned the chicken to this pan, added the alfredo sauce and finished preparing dinner. I was pleased with the way this pan performed and recommend it.

Hefty and solid
This is a hefty, solid pan that is made of an aluminum core surrounded by 18/10 stainless steel. The aluminum core serves to distribute the heat evenly throughout the whole pan’s surface. It is completely covered by stainless steel, so it never comes into direct contact with the food, which is a good thing. The lid is a clear vented tempered glass, so you can see what’s going on without removing it. It fits the pan perfectly, so there is no rattling. The only problem that has come up is that some stains have been left on the pan that I can’t remove by simple scrubbing. I might have to try something else. Nevertheless, it doesn’t take away from the functionality of the pan.

Great Saute Pan.
I received this item in the mail yesterday, immediately opened it, and started using it. I use this type of Saute pan for everything. My first use was to pan-sear some ahi tuna steaks. I currently have an induction stove, and the heat distribution worked very well and the Tuna turned out great. It was easy to clean, and after a nice hand washing, it looked just like it did when it came out of the box. I wanted to mention two things to potential buyers: First, the description on the website states that it is oven-safe up to 500 degrees, though the instructions with the pan stated that high heat may damage the product. Five hundred degrees is high heat, in my opinion. I have not tested what damage it would cause to this pan if used on high heat, as I want to avoid damaging it.Additionally, the instructions that came with the pan state that this cookware is not broiler-safe. I often use the broiler function for pans like this, so this should have been included in the web item description when looking at the specs for this product. I can understand that the glass lid would not be broiler safe, but I wouldn’t have expected the pan to be specifically not safe for broiling. Overall, I’m very satisfied, but I felt it was noteworthy to mention these two points.

I really like the 2 handles and size of this pan.
Review for Cook N Home Deep Saute Pan with Lid 4 Quart, Tri-Ply Clad Stainless Steel Deep Frying Pan, 10.5 Inch Skillet, Induction Cooking Pan Kitchen Pan, Silver.I really like this type of (saute) pan with the 2 shorter handles. I used to be able to get 5 quart versions of this pan, but they have been unavailable for some time now. I would buy these as gifts all the time. What I like:The shorter handles let me pick up the pan easier than a single, long handle.I use saute pans to cook almost everything, including soups, chili, spaghetti, hamburgers, and more, due to the large flat pan bottom and 4 quart size. This pan feels hefty, and has some weight to it, meaning that it should last a long time. I’ve cooked a few meals with it now, and the interior hasn’t scratched or dinged. It is made of 18/10 stainless steel, which is what better pans are made from.It is tri-ply clad for better heat distribution over the bottom surface. This pan works on an induction cooktop as well as regular cooktops. What I don’t like:The product description doesn’t say what the 3rd metal is in the tri-ply clad. The product description stays the pan is “made of 18/10 stainless steel, aluminum and a metal outer layer.” I want to know what metals my cookware is made from, and I dislike not having the specs fully disclosed on a higher priced pan.
