Great stainless steel pan at a great price
Used in oven, broiler and gas range so far. Perfect results and cleans up perfectly. I use this for scampi, carbonara, Alfredo, roasted vegetables, roast chicken…….. Recommend.

It like the Amazon descriptions indicating “it’s corrosion-resistance, high temperature-resistant and it’s made of brushed 18/10 stainless steel both in and outside.” It further indicates hat the slim streamlined handle design on the deep saute pan reduces crevices where dirt can accumulate, making easier to clean. However, I found one draw-back is that those handles are out of proportion to 4 qt saute pan. They are too slim, too short (1.5″). (Lid handle is not riveted)

I wanted a 4qt rondeau pot and this fit the bill. I’ve not used this brand before. After using it several times I’m quite pleased with its performance. It heats evenly, is substantial without being ungodly heavy, and cleans up well.

This was the first clad pan I’d ever used. It’s not great. The heat never really makes it to the edge very well. I’d previously used pans with a heavy plate of multiple types of materials bonded to the bottom and much prefer those.

This one’s a go-getter
Right out of the box, I cooked some breaded chops and onion gravy. Pan deglazed BEAUTIFULLY and NOTHING STUCK. I think people get too aggressive with the heat level and stuff sticks. It did have a lovely fond and it had a bit of a haze after washing, but that came off easily with Barkeeper’s. This is one of those perfect pots that you feel blessed to own. It’s not non-stick, but it thinks it is!
