This pan is absolutely perfect. When making some thing in it, it cleans up very easily. Itâs very attractive and I feel safe. Food is prepared instead of a coating that comes off after many uses. I know this will last a long time.

This replaces a Tefal equivalent where the non-stick coating was starting to go.This pan has a very solid base, and it works well on our gas range in that even at high, there were no hot spots allowing for even cooking, and the pan heats quickly too.We were worried about straight stainless as opposed to non-stick, and we were surprised that the food doesn’t attach that easily to the surface.Cleaning with a plastic non-abrasive pad worked well, no soaking necessary, that may change after the pan gets more wear, but so far, very pleased.The handle does not get hot or warm, even on our biggest burner at max heat after 15 minutes searing we can hold the handle without getting burned.The sides are not the thickest metal but the pan does not flex and the build quality we found excellent compared to our other pans.This product looks identical to the Emerill line except for the branding Cuisinard.We’re sold on this particular build quality, the next time we need a pan or a pot, we’ll look for the same product line.

I came across this pan while I was searching for a 6 inch or 7 inch pan. I ordered it, even though it wasn’t exactly what I wanted or needed. When it arrived, I was glad that I had decided to give it a try. It’s well made, attractive, and light weight. I’m sure it will last for years.It’s the perfect size for making pancakes, French Toast, or a few eggs. It disperses the heat evenly, so whatever you’re preparing comes out really well.I don’t have a problem with food sticking, but I’ve been using stainless steel for years. I don’t use anything else.The handle measures 6 ½ inches – so it doesn’t extend out too far (that’s a good thing), and it feels balanced in your hand.The actual dimensions of the pan differ from those given by Amazon under the Product Details. The depth is 1 ¾ inches – not 3.8 inches.I just wish it came in a smaller size

I like this skillet. It cooks evenly an does not scratch and is just the right size. Would suggest this if you are looking for a smaller skillet for one or two people

One of the best we’ve used. Great performer. As slippery as Teflon but unlike it, stays that way over time.
If you cook on cast, aluminum, or other, you’ve come to know their characteristics. Some good, some not so much. We ordered the skillet here to see if it would perform as good as our small one. Happy to say it does and then some. This one has a good base and it controls and distributes heat evenly. Keeping it from getting too hot is essential. Nothing sticks like stainless if it burns food so it really is important to keep your food at a controlled temp and it will turn out perfect every time. With little clean up, to boot. The handle could be a little wider but we’re really nit picking at this point. There is little to complain about and a lot to like. What stands out is how slippery it is like a brand new Teflon surface. Unlike that surface, this doesn’t wear out if properly maintained. Aluminum/Teflon was good in its day when new. But they age quickly and very few go the distance. This one will. It makes folding eggs super easy. This is a keeper. Clean up is easy. We love it.

Upon its first use, the sides burned black,, both inside and outside, The bottom has never been a problem, but the thing has never looked new after the first use 🙁 diappointing

This pan is even better than I expected. It heats evenly and at medium temperature cooks well. The first thing I cooked in it was an omelet. It slid out of the pan perfectly. Cleaning was a cinch as there was very little stuck to it. It’s a great size to mage a 2-egg omelet. I would highly recommend this pan.
