It’s okay
Nothing like a quality chemical free non-stick pan. Take some getting used to. Have to heat it up first with oil in there to keep anything from sticking completely. Still get some sticking no matter what I do.

Genuine and good quality pans. Have thrown out all others and am replacing our kitchen items with these. For new users that are coming from PFAs and forever chemicals / this is a game changer but requires some getting used to!!
