Perfect for Induction stovetops. My favorite pan
Pro: 10+ for induction cooking; 12″ size; very easy to clean; helper handle definitely a plus as this pan is on the heavy side; and the handles DO NOT get hot. I am getting rid of all my high end non-stick pans and going back to stainless. This pan doesn’t need high heat for good browning. Actually, you will burn everything if you use a high heat. Lids for my other 12″ pan fit this pan too.Con: The long handle. I wish Cuisinart would make a 12″ in this line that had 2 helper handles. Would make storage so much easier. I have to store this on in the oven.

Great product
What i liked large size extra handle and heavy non stick stainless steelDisliked very big and difficult to wash in a double sink but that is okThe rivit that holds the handle although has a tight handle their is about 1/6 inch gap between inside rivit and pan so food could get stuck there and could be a contamination problem will try for a while and see how it does

Awesome skillet! Follow directions for temps and cleaning!
I love this skillet. I wanted to replace my ceramic skillet and decided to go back to stainless. I have learned over the years to carefully follow directions about using lower heat on the stove top and cleaning. It makes a huge difference if you cook on medium/low heat. Food cooks great and doesn’t stick. I used avocado oil and garlic to saute veggies and it cleaned up really easy. I wiped the pan with paper towel before soaking in hot water and dish soap. Easy clean up!

Very impressive!
This is such a nice pan, heavy duty, beautifully finished, and it will last a lifetime! Also, it cooks food noticeably quicker than my smaller Cuisinart pan. It would be nice if it came with a lid, but that was easy to find for a reasonable cost.

Great durable Skillet/pan
Cusinart is a good brand and this pan/skillet has met the quality of the brand. It is a bit heavy for those that are not used to the larger pans.

Stainless steel is of good quality. Design of the pan is excellent as it is deep and well balanced. The smaller handle on opposite side to the long main handle helps balance the weight of a full pan. Easy to clean and maintain.

I’ve been using stainless steel pans for many, many years……..the Cuisinart frying pans seems to like to burn food at medium heat….I purchased 2 of their sauce pans from a store and they are great but the frying pan needs work to improve them. Big Disappointment.

We have an electric stove. And even so, this pan has very even distribution of heat. Gets a very crispy shallow fry! Be mindful that itâs quite large and weighty (a long handle). If you need to cook multiple dishes at once, it may be tricky. Iâve been soaking it after cooking – everything comes right off. NOT NON-STICK even with plenty of oil. Overall great for our home!

I like that it’s oversized with low edges which makes it easier to flip things. Beautifully made with a helper handle since it’s heavy (but not too heavy).
