First I love this car seat, it’s definitely one of the safest on the market, easy set up. I have no complaints about the seat itself or the app. My only complaint is the fact that nowhere in the advertisement did it show the warning stickers would be so visible. I know in the long run it doesn’t matter, because safety over all, but still a little disappointing. I also contacted the company to ask about it and never heard back, so I’d say customer service isn’t too speedy.
