Best 7.99 over 12 months with pre approval of credit card I ever spent… As a taller guy with back problems I highly recommend anyone and everyone to buy this thing. I work construction and am constantly bending over, lifting, sitting down to poo on company time. So when I say this thing makes a aftermath of a 16 hour shift feel like a trip to a woman’s book club… believe me you’ll feel amazing after using it and pass out after having tea and crumpets. 10/10 5 stars out 5 and 96% approval rating by this rotten tomatoes admin. As white Goodman would say “sign up now” and get the wrench turning on this fantastic piece of equipment. Patches signing off.

The ridges and thickness of this roller are pretty primo, this will relieve your tight back and hips.It’s the perfect size for your gym bag, I don’t think I’ll ever buy a full-size one again!

I really like this massage roller. The other one I have just doesn’t seem to get where I need it to hit because it is just a basic foam roller. This one has ridges that will help get deep into those muscles. I have tight hip flexors and use this religiously on them and have noticed a big different since starting using this roller.
