Not half bad!
I needed a bed for the first room in a bit of a hurry and in a form that wouldnât take up too much space when nobody was visiting as itâs also my Lego build room (priorities).I read the other reviews and was prepared for missing drill holes or misaligned something or another. None of that happened. Here are my thoughts:Itâs heavy. The FedEx guy was happy to leave all 120 pounds of the box at the bottom of the two stairs to my porch. And I donât blame him, thatâs a beast of a single box to move. I had read the dimensions and judged I would have about an inch of clearance to get it in the front door. Fortunately, I was wrong. Whatâs missing from the listing is that this is basically upholstered flat pack furniture. It slid through the door quite easily.Assembly is, dare I say, easy. There are five components, two vacuum packed throw pillows, and a large bundle of hardware. The instruction book is the real tell about how easy it is. Itâs two pieces of stapled together printer paper. The first is a cover and component list, so all the instructions fit on one standard sized piece of paper. Nice. After putting the hardware on the two arms, the only tricky bit is getting the main seat component onto the hardware from step one. Two people would be best here, as the solution really is to lay the arm on the ground and lift the chassis over it and settle it note the screw studs. Then one person can hold it while the other person tightens the nuts. That said, it comes with an inexpensive wrench for the task. Of possible, grab your deep socket set to speed up the process. The trundle is mostly built for you. You attach the front fascia to conceal it with a couple 90° brackets, put on some wheels, and get it into place.Others have noted itâs not the softest love seat out there. Fair enough. Iâm sure the foam will break in a bit over time, but itâs very firm, almost like aâ¦firm mattress. I do have a full sized, 4â mattress topper I had been putting on the air bed when folks came over, but it will now store behind the seat back and be used when making the sofa into a bed, just for a bit of extra comfort and to hide the split between the sofa and the trundle. All in all, Iâm pretty happy. It will do the job I need it for and mostly get out of the way when o donât need it. Definitely better than the twin or twin with trundle that made it an almost queen sized day bed frames I looked at. And more economical as well.

Not full size, slightly smaller
I bought this sofa bed for my husband who is recovering from a major illness and surgery. He needs to sleep on the ground floor to avoid going up and down the stairs. I converted the downstairs den into a temporary bedroom. I wanted a daybed that would match the room’s decor and look like a proper piece of furniture when it’s not a bed. I think I made the right choice. The beige color matches our room’s decor, but I would not call the color “dark beige” as in the product description. It’s more toward the lighter end of the beige spectrum. Assembly could have been easier. It’s definitely a two-person job, and the box it came in was quite heavy. My father and I took 90 minutes to assemble it. Don’t make the mistake we made and use the longer screws to bolt down the black blocks that hold the trundle in place. The longer screws are definitely needed for the trundle end-board. I confirm the observation of other buyers that the mattress is a bit on the hard side. I separately bought a 3-inch memory foam topper to keep my convalescing husband comfortable. The problem is that the sofa bed is not actually equivalent to a “full size” mattress as advertised. It’s smaller. That’s the reason for four stars instead of five. The full-size foam topper is slightly too large for it, extending a few inches on each size. This isn’t a huge problem, and I didn’t want to return either item. So we’re making it work. My husband reports the bed is comfortable enough to get a decent night’s sleep. We are both looking forward to when he can sleep upstairs again, and the sofa bed can become just a great looking loveseat sofa.

Bad quality
Not as pictured. Super thin, not comfortable and definitely not cat scratch resistant. Very poor quality not worth the price

Not For Comfort
Very cute and cozy looks, But very uncomfortable unless you like really really firm/thin furniture.

Just what I needed.
Exactly what I needed. Fits the room perfectly and easy to put together. Hard as a rock, which I love, but others may not.

as expected, but follow these instructions instead!
Agreeing with pretty much all the comments about comfort (itâs too firm for sleeping, but we got a mattress topper), good for small spaces, and relatively easy to put together EXCEPT for when we got to step 4, which is incorrect. At first it seemed like Part E wouldnât fit into the base of the pull out (Part C) because of the brackets (Parts K).However, it somehow fit when we skipped over step 4 and did these steps instead: DO NOT attach part E until youâve already slid Part C into the bottom of the couch. After Part C is in place, lift it so that the sofa is in a full pullout position. Then attach Part E â the only sort of difficult part here was putting in the screws on the inside without being able to see all the way, but it was fine. Now the sofa bed is able to be pulled out all the way with the end supported by the base board (Part E).Overall, you get what you pay for in terms of comfort and quality.

Doesn’t work
It was difficult to put together and within 2 days it stopped latching together to turn into the chaise/bed. And the return is a pain, so we’re stuck with it. Not happy at all.
