Blocks noise
These are my favorite! I’ve tried several types and this one blocks the noise, fits perfect and can easily be removed. I use at night

They hurt after extended use, do not keep ALL noise out!!!!!!!!!
1. They hurt after using for a few hours!!2. I sleep on my right side due to stroke protocol and recovery and still hear the irritating whistling and then rooster noises( I think a rooster noises making machine, used for illegal cock fighting here) in the Philippines, for now!!( Reason this US military dude bought them in the first place.3. I do not wear the right one, sleeping on my right side ,only the left one, due to serious ear pain while sleeping on it. I use cotton instead and it works better and no ear pain or infections, at least when trying to get some much needed sleep for my health purposes!!4. I would recommend looking elsewhere for both workability and comfort.5. I do love the little case it comes in though. I can also store my cotton balls in it as well.6. They do seem to stay out in my ears. Hence the only reason for 3 stars

Great for snoring spouse
These are so amazing! I used to wake up all night bc of my husbandâs snoring. These completely block it out. My only complaint is my ears sometimes hurt but itâs worth it to be able to sleep.

Uncomfortable
These keep noise out really well but as a side sleeper they press on parts of my ear that hurt and wake me up anyway

Uncomfortable and not noise canceling
I had these one night and lost one because it didn’t seal, block out noise or even stay in my ear. I was going to return but now I’m out $12 because it wouldn’t even stay put. A total waste of money

Comfy plugs
Not that much more effective than just leaving unpowered ear buds in your ears but considerably softer to wear. Not noise cancelling but do help. The carrying case with carabiner are great if you’re using them outside for yard work or the like.

Best so far
I’ve tried nearly 10 different types to eliminate the sound of my wife coming home from second shift when I’m sleeping, these work the best.

Fairly comfortable with decent noise cancellation
I haven’t had an issue with the fit or comfort. Others have complained about this, but it’s a non-issue for me. The noise cancellation is good. I wasn’t looking for absolute silence, so these work well for me. I do like that the design doesn’t make them suction inside my ears. I have had some earplugs that would do that, and it created a lot of pressure that I didn’t like at all. I recommend these, but they’re not really worth $15 USD. These are very similar to earplugs we give away for free at a local venue. The carrying case is nice but much larger than necessary for what it holds.
