Great set of resistance bands
I bought these because we use these kind of bands in my pilates classes. I want to do more workouts at home to complement my studio classes. I like these better than some of the plastic bands I’ve purchased in the past. Just personal preference. The only downside is that it’s easier to wipe the plastic type down. I suppose I could throw these in the washing machine and let them air dry. It makes me think of the bands in my class and how they probably never get washed (yikes!), so I may even begin to bring my own bands along! This set is nice quality. I tested out the lightest band and already felt the burn! The set also comes with a little mesh bag and a sheet of suggested exercises.

Helpful for my physical therapy routine
These are good for my physical therapy exercises and are much better than the traditional latex stretchy bands that tend to roll down and sometimes break. The stitching looks like it will last through many sessions, and I canât imagine these snapping apart during use. The bands come with a small poster which shows many different exercises that can be with them. A mesh carrying bag is also included. The set includes 3 smaller bands which are good for leg work and physical therapy, and 3 larger bands, which can be used for upper body workouts, stretching, Pilates, or physical therapy. I was disappointed that the longer bands didnât have more resistance when using them for bicep curls and overhead presses. They definitely wonât be replacing my dumbbells. The littler ones gave a better workout. The smaller Fitense resistance bands have two rows of latex on the inside, which keeps them from slipping. The longer bands, which are thinner, have one strip of latex. I have used them with both long pants and shorts, and they stay in place whether they are touching fabric or skin. The color coding makes it easy to grab the resistance level you need without stopping to read labels. The bands also have the resistance levels written on them. I did notice that the smaller bands are not as long as a set I had used in the past and they just barely fit my legs above the knee. For me this is fine because thatâs where they need to be placed for my therapy, but if you want to use them higher up on your thighs, I would not consider these one size fits all. I wear size 20 pants for reference. My review photos includes a comparison with the other band.My physical therapist knew what these bands were and was excited when I told her I had ordered some. Her reaction is a good endorsement. I recommend these bands with the caveat that the smaller bands may not fit well on larger women.

Thoughfully designed, good quality.
Favorite Features: I appreciate these bands’ overall quality and thoughtful design! The cloth-like fabric is comfortable on bare skin and doesn’t cause any scratching or chafing. It was also convenient that the band weights are listed on the sewn-on tag, so you aren’t left guessing which resistance you’re using. Finally, the set includes a small illustrated poster of exercise movements using the bands.Wishlist: Nothing, these are lovely.Summary: The bands will be a nice addition to any fitness or wellness space. They come with a small storage bag and an illustrated workout poster, which makes them especially nice for fitness beginners. The material used in the bands is thick and strong, which helped me feel confident in really stretching them to their max without worry that they would snap. The fabric doesn’t have any strange odor or chafe my skin; it’s actually pretty soft for a workout band. You’ll love them!

Sturdy
This is a nice set of stretchy fabric resistance bands in two sizes (long and short) and three weights each (light, medium, and heavy). I wanted to try these as my stretchy plastic resistance bands (brand name) tend to roll up and not stay in place. These are definitely sturdier and stay in place (for example, around my thighs) without rolling. They are probably for more advanced exercisers than the therabands, though, as even the lightest weight is hard to move for a beginner. Still, I intend to use the lightest bands here for some simple exercises and build up. Price seems reasonable for what you get, and these should last forever. A small mesh travel bag is also included so you can take one or two bands with you while travelling.

Booty Bands For Real
My wife uses resistance bands as her primary workout equipment. Our rubber bands are always breaking, collecting dirt, and aren’t terribly comfortable. She loves these fabric bands. They are a good size, good resistance, and are comfortable. She also likes to travel with bands and these are nice and portable with the included bag. She also likes the exercise instructions that came with them. There’s like a quick reference guide and she’s added a few new movements to her routine.

Good for around the house, great for travel
I use these resistance bands for both general exercise and some physical therapy applications. Theyâre good for building strength in underused muscles and even better for PT like rehab. Iâve used them for both my shoulder and my recent knee replacement and they replace the need for me to use weights or, in some cases, body weight to provide resistance. Iâve even used them on an airplane when I need a good stretch or itâs a really long flight and I would otherwise miss my regular workout. I donât think I’d have the necessary space in most coach seats but in the bigger seats itâs easily doable. My only complaint is the coloring. Iâm a guy. Pink, purple, and lavender arenât really my colors. Iâd prefer red, yellow, and green or, at minimum, a selection of non-pastels. Still, theyâre better than nothing and they work well.

Nice, soft bands
I got these for my wife, and she really likes them. This is a really comprehensive set compared to the other one she has, and the soft cloth lining really makes these much easier and more comfortable to use. The variety of resistance is essential to have for different workouts, and several workout ideas are included in the box. You can’t really do better than these, especially for the price and quality.
