Does the quality justify the price? Maybe
Man, totally high quality sports wear. First impression is that the fabric is very thick, like almost wetsuit thick. And stretchy. Whatever level of stretchy you’re imagining, it’s more. The fabric might have been given to humans by an alien race. It is so smooth. So very smooth and soft-ish. And heavy/thick, but not as much heavy/weight as you might think. Several impressive-looking tags extolling vague generalities about micro-this and bio-this. And the tags are attached to a little loop inside the shirt that seems to hold no purpose other than to hold these tags. They sewed a loop inside the shirt just for the tags. I guess that helps justify the high price. Figured it was meant to be form-fitting for muscle-y guys, so I ordered a size up, and I’m not sure now that I needed to. Prolly for the length it was a good idea. Instructions say to wash cold and line dry in the shade or tumble dry low, which indicates to me it might be fussy. SO nice casual or workout shirt, wouldn’t normally pay so much for a t-shirt, and hope it lasts.

I can’t stop touching it, it’s SO wonderful!
Upon opening the package I was surprised. It feels like neoprene, what I think a wetsuit would feel like. We were expecting a plain t-shirt. To be fair, my husband put it on anyway.Well, what do you know – it looked great! It lays so smoothly it doesn’t look like your average t-shirt, it almost seems dressy. He walked around the house wearing it and claimed he LOVED it. He said he wants to sleep in it. Um, seems a bit expensive for a sleep tee. I said it looks so good, he could wear it out to lunch in place of a polo. Then I went to touch it while he was wearing it. I couldn’t stop touching it – he didn’t mind that 𤠖 it is amazingly soft!This was too good to be true, so next test, I had to try laundering it. I threw it in my washing machine with other dark clothing and washed it in cold water on a regular cycle. It came out looking fine. I then threw it in my dryer on low heat. It came out of there looking perfect and no ironing needed – yay!We purchased an XL for some extra length. My husband is thin, 185 lbs., but tall 6’4″ so we either buy L-Tall or if Tall isn’t offered get XL. This shirt runs a bit narrower than the other XL shirts he owns. It fits him very well, so I’d suggest sizing up.If they made a woman’s dress or pajamas out of this fabric I would definitely buy those for myself, it feels that wonderful, launders so well, and seems like it will remain durable.Yes, seems a little expensive for a t-shirt, but you get what you pay for.

Not sure how it works but despite the material feeling quite thick, this shirt actually has great air flow and kept me cooler than a cotton t-shirt. I was very surprised how well this shirt feels, great fit too!
