Great Activity for Older Child
My 11-year-old thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon putting this flower display together. She has done many Lego projects that are similar and did not have a problem putting this one together or following the directions at all. She did not need to ask for help, though I could tell that sometimes she had to press quite hard to get the pieces to go together. Compared to the price of other brands, this is the same quality for much cheaper. Worthy presentation inside and out, would recommend anyone interested.

I ordered this for many reasons; I love sunflower, I like to build and the color schemes reminds me of fall which one of my favourite season. Even the design style for this set is different and the shapes of each sunflower is unique. I was happy to open the box when I received it the next day.The sunflower set comes in 10 separate bags, which I noticed DO have numbering on the bags BUT you do have to closely for them. One of my pictures shows where you can find them. The instructions booklet does make reference to what bags are needed for each section, as shown in my pictures states bag 1 will build a pot and bag 2 will build this etc.One challenge is since this set is mostly shades of yellow OR green you will also have to be careful if you do have the right piece based on the color shades. But with that said the instructions do tell you sometimes for the bigger pieces which piece number you need, as shown in one of my pictures and you look for piece with number. I didn’t mind this as I always love a challenging and have built bigger sets that’s even more technical with moving parts. So this challenges was fun from my perspective. As a suggestion, I like to press my pieces down tight along my build before I start adding and connect more pieces, so when you have the finished product it’s tight and solid and looks more neat and refined.Overall 5 stars for the unique sunflower build set and vibrant in the yellow color schemes as it does brighten your mood.

I’ve been building this building set with my kids, and I think they’re doing a great job. They’re 4 and 6 years old, and with the help of the adults, they’re doing a great job. They really like it, and I think it’s starting to look nice. The set itself is laid out very nicely, and it’s super easy to understand how to get started.Here’s what I like about it:-It looks great-Lots of different pieces-Instructions are laid out nicely-Bags are organized well-Seems to be good for younger kids too. If they’re diligent, I think anyone can do it.-The end result is pretty large (though I can’t really tell you how large, the vase looks large because of the pieces)And here’s what I think could be better about it:-They don’t snap together as well as real lego-There’s lots that’s done in big chunksI guess that’s the only thing I don’t like, is that they don’t really have that satisfying “Click” that Lego, and the more premium brands of building blocks usually have. They do still feel like regular building bricks, but they have a mushier feeling than most. The other thing that I’d like to say, is that I think I would’ve liked if the instructions were a bit more segmented. As they are, you do a lot at once, which can be a little tiring.I think that it’s definitely a good set. I think it looks pretty close to the photos, and everything is organized in a meaningful way. I think that as long as you like the look of the set, I would say go for it. It’s nice to make, and I really think that anyone can do it if they’re determined enough.
