Excellent product
Excellent size, especially for traveling. The roll is firm and works well.

Bad logo placement, but easy to remove
– Everything I want in a FIRM foam roller- The short size and small diameter is great for travel, so lightweight- Slightly different pressure and positioning from the 12â diameter version, but great- WHY WOULD YOU PUT a hard logo in the middle of a massage roller?? Terrible design, but at least itâs easy to peel off. Otherwise, works great.

Great size for travel and density – painful brand emblem
I bought this a while ago and finally used it today on my camping trip. I roll my back out as a mini adjustment and it generally worked great. Super convenient for camping travel. However, that round “badge” in the middle of the roller is actually painful when it rolls under my back. My spine hits it directly. I’m going to try to dig it out. As another reviewer mentioned, such a dumb idea!! Still worth it for my needs.

Very firm roller
This is very firm. Almost hard but works great under knee to help it bend. I also us it to roll over my leg muscles and I can feel the lactic acid leaving the muscles.

Too big for my purpose.
There are some rollers that are too small and this one is too big, I wish there was an in between size but I can’t find one. I’m sure that it’s great for your neck but I already had something for that. It’s not very soft, in fact I thought it was quite hard, but again, someone else might like that.

Great for plus size people
High density keeps its shape intact even for a plus size person. It is intense though so be mindful when rolling otherwise you can cause more pain than what youâre trying to heal.

For light people
Convenient for travel, but as pointed out by other reviewers, it isnât made of the appropriate materials. If you are over 175 lbs thereâs a good chance it will dent after just a couple of uses, as has happened to me.
