Poor customer service
Iâd like to start off by stating that what I thought was going to be a good experience turned out not to be. The Driver seat zipper was broken and when I emailed the FREESOO customer support email they were very quick to respond about getting the driver seat cover replaced, but as soon they asked for my info like my name and address and I replied within the hour they have yet to reply days later about an update regarding the issue. You would think they would be a little more professional when customers pay about $200 for their product.

Doesnât have openings for side seat airbags
Seats have side airbags but the covers do not have openings for them. Pretty dangerous in case airbags deploy, itâs highly unlikely they will break through the tight seat covers.
