Well worth it
Been using the yoga mat for over a week now and I do like it a lot. I practice on a tile floor and even though the mat is thin, it provides plenty of padding from the floor.The mat is rather slick at the start but i can already tell it is starting to get more sticky. I feel there is just a small layer that needs worn off and then it is better.I feel the mat is going to last a long time and well worth the money.

Love this exercise mat. I use it pretty heavily 3-4x per week and it has held up much better than others over the same length of time. Keep in mind this is a relatively thin mat so it isn’t going to provide a lot of cushion if that is what you are looking for.Because of its thin nature it rolls up easily for storage and is relatively small to transport, though I would suggest something even more compact if you plan to take it with you regularly.Great quality/value balance.

Iâve had this type of Matt before and I loved it. Because itâs textured you still have good enough cushioning to do your routine, but you donât slip and slide and have to worry about fallingBecause the texture keeps you from slipping. Some person complained about a footprint being left on it but think about it. This is a yoga mat and theyâre made for barefoot people. Basically, if you want one that you can walk on with shoe you should buy that type. The price on this is great. serves the purpose is comfortable And is very affordable to me A+. Itâs got a carrying strap just like my futon.

This mat feels good, looks good, has a great price and has actually boosted my yoga and workout routines. I recommend this for the quality and price, it comes with a shoulder strap as well, but i never use it.

Perfect!! I’m tall, so the L: 72 inches is perfect for my yoga classes. As any material, you have to be careful if sweat hard, but it still holds. I tried two other brands and finally stayed with this mat, and the color is cute.

Exactly what I was looking for. Happy with the quality. In tact and no odor.Regarding the negative reviewers wearing shoes on this, complaining about the durability… this is a “yoga” mat. Yoga is most commonly practiced barefoot, therefore it would not likely be designed to withstand the friction of your shoes. You should probably only use shoes on a yoga mat if it has a natural rubber or polyurethane material on the surface. Even then, youâll need to check for small stones or extrusions to ensure the shoes donât cause tears. Soft, light sports shoes would be better than heavier training sneakers with lots of grip. I would advise those looking for exercise mats, to search precisely that. If you’re looking for a nice, inexpensive “yoga” mat, this is a good one to consider.

This GAIA Yoga mat has a great âgrippyâ surface that does not become slippery. I started with a thicker foam mat and those thick ones are potentially a bit dangerous as they are slippery when doing Yoga moves. You could slip and hurt yourself with those cheaper thick foam ones.Gaia thin ones are one of the BEST you can get. You can use a cheaper one under it if you are outside on uneven ground. Always have the Gaia next to your skin.

Nasty chemical smell…… This what I get for buying cheap yoga mat. Read online about pvc material, not good for one health and environment.
