Relief for my bad knees in yoga and Pilates
I have bad knees and kneeling, even on a thick yoga mat, is painful. I do yoga and Pilates and these are a lifesaver for the kneeling poses and exercises. Note that they arenât squishy soft like a yoga mat but work well with the shape and concave top and can easily be pushed out of the way when not needed. They fit easily in my yoga bag and were a great price

I didn’t even know this product existed until my friend posted on her FB page that she loves them and helps her knee pain. I needed to start exercising but I have bad knees so I thought I’d give these a try. They work amazing! It has the right thickness and it’s the perfect size for my knees. It provides the support so when I need to exercise and be on my knees, I have no pain any longer. This was a wonderful purchase I made and if you have any pain, I would suggest buying this. It could be used for many things. Not just exercise but for yard work or if you have something to do around the house that you need to be on your knees like cleaning the bathtub or organizing a cabinet. These are definite knee savers. Not going to lie, love the color too!

Great cushion
I actually got these for knees while bathing a toddler. The rug doesn’t cut it and it’s uncomfortable on my knees. I found these on sale and bath time is so much nicer now. They fit both my and my husband’s knees. The color is gorgeous!

I didn’t buy cheaper ones due to mixed reviews, so can’t compare. These are fantastic for cushioning sensitive joints. I can finally just focus on my body’s movement and not on the discomfort of elbows or knees digging into the floor. They slide easily on yoga mats, towels or wooden floors, so be mindful.
