Customers say
Customers love the pan’s even cooking performance and durability, noting it lasts years and works perfectly on induction stoves. They find it easy to clean, with one customer mentioning it rinses off in just a second. The heat distribution receives mixed feedback – while it heats up quickly, some customers note it’s not so hot when using high heat. The non-stick surface and scratch resistance also get mixed reviews, with some saying it works great while others report food sticking and chipping along the rim. Customers disagree on whether it’s worth the premium cost.

After four years, it’s time to buy a new pan – and I’m buying this one again.
I bought this pan in May 2021. It is now May 2025 and it is showing signs that it needs to be replaced. I got great use out of this pan and while all nonstick pans eventually stick, I think four years is a good run. Note – two things that I would say help its longevity – 1) Handwash it. I’ve never had to use anything more than a Swedish dish rag, soap, and minimal elbow grease to get it clean. (until tonight – Lord, what abomination did my wife cook tonight? I had to use a plastic scraper on it for the first time) 2. They say you can use metal utensils on it? Don’t believe the marketing. Maybe you can, but my son’s girlfriend can’t. She scratched the coating three years ago making breakfast. The pan still worked great ever since, but every once in a while i look at those scratches and yell out her name. I just try not to do that when she’s around because I don’t want her to feel bad. Also – lower heat than normal – a little bit of oil or butter, lower than medium heat, and this pan gets hot real quick (gas stove, your mileage may vary.) So that part of their marketing is true. Even at that setting, grilled cheese cooks super fast without burning the bread. Father’s Day is coming up, so I’m putting this on my wishlist, and if i don’t get it, then I’ll buy it for myself.

One Year On, This & the 8″ Version Are My Everyday Pan Choices
When an old black teflon pan began to actually flake off, I looked for alternatives. Several prominent kitchenware review sites (including a famous kitchen for testing in America) put this green pan and its siblings at the very top for performance and value. After a year of near daily use, I agree. Bought this with a lid, and an 8″ version with a lid and finally tossed two older less functional pans.|Heats fast, holds heat, remains stubbornly slippery and non-stick, cleans easily with a soft nylon scrubby (no abrasives). Slightly lower heat settings work fine, but I have used it on high heat and it gets blazing fast.I would recommend for anyone who needs a solid reliable non-stick pan with no fear of teflon flakiness or the presence of PFOA or PFAS.

Great egg pan
I really like using this pan for omelets and fried eggs. It heats up quickly and the nonstick surface is really nice. Great purchase.

Good quality
I have been using it for more than 2 months now with no problems. This is the only pan I have that allows me to fry an egg without the yolk breaking. The price is a bit steep but I know I am paying for what I get.

Great product and be sure to properly care for them
All my no stick pans are green pan. Used them for years. Highly rated by America’s test kitchen. Also tested for harmful chemicals. Highly recommend

There is no free lunch and no such thing as a non-toxic non-stick pan.
I bought this and an entire set of pans because I wanted the ease of non-stick cookware without the PFEs. The non-stick property was never that great but a year later and it is nonexistent. According to the manufacturer it can be restored with the use of a melamine sponge (I’m skeptical) that will shed microplastics and defeat the purpose of the initial purchase. I should have just gone to the restaurant supply and purchased cheap steel pans. For now, I’ll just do non-stick the old-fashioned way high heat and lots of oil and then deal with the mess afterwards.

Durable & Easy Cleanup with no PTFE (teflon)
With three months of frequent use, this pan has proven to be very sturdy, with a durable, excellent non-stick, no teflon cooking surface. Meats don’t brown-up quite as quickly as with the older, teflon pans, but clean-up is a breeze!
