These things are awesome
I’ve been using the H2O Audio headphones during my training, especially when I’m swimming and training underwater, and I have to say, they really hold up. As a triathlete, my swimming sessions are a big part of each workout, and having a reliable waterproof set of headphones makes a huge difference. What I love most is how well they perform underwater. The sound quality isn’t mind-blowing, but it’s more than enough to keep me motivated and focused during long laps. I can hear my playlist clearly, and the bass isn’t bad at all—definitely better than other waterproof headphones I’ve tried before. Plus, the audio remains consistent—no weird distortions or cutouts when I’m submerged, which is a big plus. They fit comfortably and stay in place no matter how vigorous my swim gets. I used to have issues with headphones slipping out or feeling uncomfortable after a while, but these stay snug during entire sessions. They’re durable too; I’ve pushed through saltwater open water swims and chlorinated pools without any issues.Overall, if you’re serious about swimming and need headphones that can handle being fully submerged without sacrificing sound quality, H2O Audio is pretty much the way to go. They’ve definitely made my swim workouts more enjoyable and easier to get through mentally—music while underwater is a game-changer.

Great product so far, and was recommended by someone who has used it for about 4 months now
I had a fellow swimmer at my pool recommended this item so I purchased it and when it arrived, I followed the owners manual and set it up exactly as the instructions statedthere are two modes, Bluetooth and memory when I turn the product on it defaulted to Bluetooth I followed the instructions to convert it to memory mode and it would not convert to memory mode and instead Stayed in Bluetooth mode indefinitely. Nothing I could do or try would make it convert to memory mode.I created a review and the company contacted me (awesome) and said I was not “quick enough” on the double click. I tried (what I thought was) a very quick double click. Still nothing, but I gave it to my wife and she made it work first time.so I have big hands, big fingers. now that I knew what to do it just took some practice. Now I can go between the various modes with no problemconsidering this needs to be waterproof and my friend that recommended it has been using it for 4 months with no issues, I now understand the need for it to be this way.I gave it 5 stars because it needs to be waterproof, and having to figure out the double click is just a necessity for the unit to meet its need. I did read the instructions, and I did find a YouTube, just my opinion, but neither really explained/showed the speed needed for the double click to work. Maybe something in the YouTube could be added explaining how important the speed of the click needs to be.But the key is, at least once I figured it out (again kudos to H2O for following up so quickly) the unit really works well. My wife cannot stand items in her ear, she is now considering trying one of these. The whole concept of waterproof, and not needing to be in my inner ear, is pretty amazing.Soon after I got this unit I got sick. I had used it numerous times at my home learning how to operate the unit.I could not get it to power on in Memory mode. I contacted support and they walked me through a reset and it now powers on in Memory mode. Cudo’s to the support team againalso I did my first swim with these on, and IF they last this will be the best money I have spent in 2024. What a game changer to be able to swim with music.I have audio books, and I am going to look to convert the audio book to MP3 and see if I can listen to an audio book while swimming. If that works, I may just need to start swimming all day 🙂

Good, but sometimes annoying
These work very well for running and swimming but there are three quirks that are annoying. First, when turning on, it starts in internal memory, which is probably fine when you get music stored, until then it’s annoying. Second, the on/off/select button (the middle) is hard to distinguish if you have big hands and it can be difficult to tap it just right. Sometimes it goes into bluetooth mode, and sometimes it goes into pause, from pause it basically does nothing and you have to restart. The third, and possibly the most annoying, is that is shuts down if it does not receive a signal. When actively listening, this is not an issue, but these are not recommended if you pause the music or are using on a conference call, as they will shut down while you’re speaking after 5 min.

Issues with H2O Audio Device
I purchased one of this product earlier this year through Amazon. Unfortunately, the device has not worked properly since it arrived. I have followed all the steps in the user manual, but the following issues persist:1. The left earbud does not produce any sound.2. The volume remains very low and cannot be increased.3. The device does not connect to your mobile app. It keeps indicating that Bluetooth is turned off, even though it is on.I feel disappointed, as I practice triathlon and was really looking forward to using this product during my training sessions.

Forever Changed Swimming Laps
Excellent product! Provided you wear the earlplugs, you can hear music really well when you swim laps. Loading music on to the headphones is easy once you get used to it. You do need to plan ahead if loading from a streaming service, but that is a minor issue for this great product. Only complaint I have is that I have tried to listen to a podcast but the audio isn’t quite crisp enough to catch all the dialogue, but with music it is very clear.

Brilliant piece of kit, I’ve upgraded twice so this is my third one, customer service is excellent and the ability to record anything playing on your phone and play back makes it perfect!

Very disappointed. I bought this product over competitors because it was said to have higher volume and better bass. The treble and mid zone was ok. The bass was buzzing and distorted. The speakers did not contact my bone perfectly. The volume through bone transmission was not that good. Not worth the extra cost or delay ordering from abroad.

I am new to bone conduction headphones. This is my first set.Arrived early. Nicely packaged.Surprisingly beautiful sound for something that sits outside the ears. Adding tracks to the built-in drive was fairly simple.I have yet to use this for swimming.Overall, I’m happy with the H2O MULTI-SPORT TRI 2

Much, much louder than the other well known brand, i like the weight because it helps the headphone stay on, they feel snug and secure on my head, also like the silicone band they supply as this makes the fit perfect. Wish they had supplied more than one. Now to the one annoying thing, they turn off incredibly quickly when using Bluetooth and you have paused the track, wish they allowed you to disconnect or at least a longer time before completely turning headphones off. The voice is annoying and I wish the setting went to Bluetooth first instead of playing from memory. All in all a good buy and I would repurchase
