Comfy, sweat-protecting undershirts
These are your typical high-quality Hanes undershirts, but with a twist. An extra piece of fabric under the armpit to add extra absorption for those that need some extra protection. More about the shirt.Quality is good, material is soft and of medium weight. These aren’t light duty ultra breathable, but they aren’t heavy-weight cotton either, which makes for nice 3 season wear. They are also tag-less, but that’s more a given than not with a Hanes undershirt. Lastly, fit-wise, the neck isn’t loose per se but it’s definitely not a snug fit. My personal preference is a super snug and resilient neck, and these don’t check that box, but that might not be yours. The real game-changer here is the extra fabric in the underarm area, essentially a second layer of t-shirt material. Worn under a shirt the extra fabric isn’t noticeable but on its own it’s quite visible, so I wouldn’t recommend getting these to wear as “plain white tees.”Overall, comfy undershirt protection if you need it. Personally, I’d prefer a snugger fit at the neck, but it isn’t a deal breaker for me with these shirts.

Nice shirts but a little longer than expected
I wear white T-shirts nearly every day. If Iâm not wearing them around the house, or at the beach, Iâm wearing them under my work shirts. Having recently replaced all of my Tâs with Hanes Comfort Soft, I was excited to try the Hanes Under Arm Sweat Blocking T.Theyâre different⦠Youâd think size should be equal between the two since theyâre both branded Hanes, but youâd be wrong. I wear XL, and the underarm sweat blocking Tâs are about 3â longer than the Comfort Softs. If you tuck them in that isnât an issue, but if you donât it looks sloppy. As the pictures show these shirts have a thick pad in the armpit area that is thicker than the rest of the shirt. I can feel it, and for the first 10 minutes I keep lifting my arm to readjust the shirt. Eventually I get used to it, and the feeling is lessened when the T is worn as an undershirt.Unfortunately, I havenât been able to truly test the sweat blocking part. Iâve worn them to work, Iâve worn them on extended bike rides, and Iâve worn them around the house. Its currently March and Central Florida temps have been unseasonably cool. Today was the hottest day of the year⦠85*F near Daytona Beach.Do I recommend the shirt? Theyâre nice shirts, but I think Iâll stick with Hanesâ Comfort Soft line. While the underarm pad can be slightly annoying, the extra length is my biggest annoyance. Iâm 5â9â⦠the length would probably be perfect for someone around 6â.

Good Durable Undershirts
These Hanes Men’s Undershirts Sweat Blocking Tee’s are Wonderful. I got an XXL for my Disabled Son, because he has trouble moving around and these shirts give him extra room without being caught up on him. In the package, you receive 3 great t-shirts. These T-Shirts have nice quality and durable. They have extra material with sweat blocking under the arm pits, so sweat will absorb there and not on your skin. These Shirts have rounded re-enforced neck-lines and short sleeves. They are very nicely made with good material, that wash up really nice. No shrinkage at all. These help with sweating during sleeping wonderfully. My Disabled Son has trouble moving around and when he does, I didn’t want a t-shirt that would catch up on him and would be tight around the torso. These shirts are wonderful, they fit loosely on him, which is what I wanted for him. They are very comfortable on him. So sizes are running correct.Price is Great. Highly Recommend Them.

Soft and comfortable t-shirts that keeps me dry
These white color t-shirts are of excellent quality and fit me perfectly. They are soft and comfortable, but what I appreciate most is how they keep me dry during my workouts. The moisture-wicking feature is impressive. They have also held up well in the wash, proving to be quite durable. In my view, they provide great value for the price.

Good quality but not the softest Hanes T-shirt
I’m a daily wearer of Hanes undershirts so I think I can add some weight to this review. I’ve tried other brands and they have their pros but I fall back to Hanes mostly because they seem to last forever and fit well. This particular sweat blocking t-shirt I rate at 4 out of 5 with some hesitation, because there is no one bad feature that loses a star, it just comes down to personal preference. It is made of 100% cotton except for the underarm areas which are polyester, and according to the listing, this is part of the underarm sweat blocking technology. This is difficult to objectively assess in my own review as I don’t notice any particular difference, but that’s not to say it is not present. The fit of this shirt is slightly loose, a little blocky, a more traditional fit that some people will like and others, like me, don’t prefer. The lack of spandex incorporated into the material means it is not stretchy or form-fitting. This does have some benefit however, when you want the shirt to show, meaning beneath an open button-down collar, for example, as it is a shirt with a bit more structure, a lay-flat and slightly thicker collar, and is less transparent that its form-fitting, tighter, softer counterparts. It is not uncomfortable but it is less soft than other Hanes T-shirts I have owned. I do like that it has a longer cut so that it does not come untucked easily.Overall, 4 out of 5 for me, but I can see someone else with different preferences rating it 5 out of 5 based on some of these qualities.

Same Old Undershirts… Now Much More Expensive
These are basically the same Hanes undershirts we have come to know and wear for decades. Except now, they are 2-3x the price they should be. They wear and fit the same, which is to say they are nothing special to justify they much higher price.

love a man in a crisp white tee
I love the way my husband looks in a crisp white thsirt and these are perfect. You can’t see skin though them and the material is nice and thick without being stiff or hot. The fit is spot on and it definitely stops the sweat stains in the underarms. Washes great and stays crisp and white after multiple washes.
