Wife and I swear by Hydrow products. Invest in the rower, pay for the subscription. Itâs only $44 per month, which is very inexpensive for the utility we get from it. Included in subscription are tons of yoga and stretching videos. Strongly recommend product(s) and seller.

Excellent! My new “go to”… ðð»ð
love this roller! I have used longer foam-rollers than this one, and I have used shorter ones. I have used rollers with a larger diameter, and I have used ones with a smaller diameter. I’ve used rollers with more aggressive nubs and patterns, and I have used much gentler (smoother) ones. I have even used vibrating foam rollers…And, I can say that each and every one pretty much has its own distinct and specific uses, as well as its own pros and cons…But, out of the various ones that I have tried and that I currently own, I can say that this one is definitely a top contender for my favorite all-around and most versatile foam-roller…It’s a good length, has a good diameter, is very strong and sturdy, and I love that it has multiple nub-patterns from which to choose… with one side of the roller being a little more aggressive than the other. In other words, if I had to pick only one foam-roller to do what I need it to do, this one would probably be it!For this price, I do wish that it came with a storage sack. But, that is a small negative, and NOT a “deal-breaker”…Thus far, I am very pleased with this product. Overall, 4.9 stars… and recommended. ðð»ð

Beginnerâs View; Excited to try during Yoga
Seeing this I was excited to get it as I heard about the company and am planning on a variety exercise class soon that recommended foam rollers. Some *observations n comments*- I like the size, it is short and light enough for me to work with, I am only 5â.- the roller is very firm and has two sections of ripples and knobs, which I can tell make for very effective massages and pressure pointing- the roller comes with no instructions, and no cover or carry bag – a minor feature I would have loved to see,- I can clearly see and have read that this roller seems to be a two in one; but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to separate the two (again, would have loved to see a simple instruction, and the website is of no help either)**Rating**: Overall I think I made a good purchase, and the value seems to be in the ballpark of other products. A 4/5 from me – but Iâd really hoped for some extra and a brief instruction sheet.(*MY RATE SCALE*: 5=perfect; 4=minor imperfections; 3=on fence; not sure if Iâd buy again; 2= too many problems; 1= shouldnât be sold or dangerous).

Hard soft material, the inner tube is cheap
Just touching the inner tube leaves forever marks on the roller. If it wasn’t for that the outer tube feels reasonable quality. It’s unfortunate because I think quickly the inner tube will fall apart rendering this impossible to clean properly and most likely will fall apart soon. The outer shell seems durable and hard enough to use on a experiences body. If you’re new to myofascial release , this roller may be too hard for you but if you’re experienced this is a great option before using something even harder like a solid roller or a softball. Didn’t smell anything coming off it but I’m telling you, just touching the inside part you can tell it falls apart and leaves forever marks

Big relief to my back
Before ordering this roller we were using an 18 inch foam roller and while it did an okay job at getting most of our back stretched and popped it didn’t quite finish the job. I always felt like I had a spot between shoulder blades on my back that I could never get to release and I could feel it and it drove me nuts. So much so, I would have to have my husband try to pop my back on the ground to get that area to release. I came across this roller and saw that it was made of a firmer foam and saw that it was more compact than our old roller. My husband who is 6’1 found that it was too small for his liking but he did like the firmness. I’m 5’2 and found that it was perfect for me. This roller released so many ‘pops’ in between my shoulders(my problem area) that I found myself sore the next day( in a good way), because of how much pressure and relief I felt. If you are looking for a very firm roller to help with trouble areas, this is definitely the roller to help with those trouble spots.

Extremely firm. Excellent at manipulate against sore spots other rollers miss.
I already own several rollers, one of which I thought was about as firm as foam rollers could get. This roller proofed even firmer. This roller is actually two layers, a somewhat softer inner layer of some undefined foam substance and a very firm ridged, Polypropylene outer layer. Over time, as Iâve experimented with different rollers, Iâve developed a preference for shorter rollers as their easier to target particular tight or sore regions than longer rollers. At 13â this roller is the perfect length for me.For some time now Iâve had recurring issues with a groin injury that none of the rollers I already owned seemed to be able to address. I was pleasantly surprised then when I was testing this roller against my back it revealed a sore spot I had not been previously aware off. I manipulated the roller to put more pressure on the spot and worked it for a while until the ache seemed to lessen. When I was done I was surprised that the groin ache in my thigh was gone as well.Iâm very glad to be able to add this roller to my recovery and anti-aches and pains arsenal.
