this is a real stainless steel pot and it works better than any other cookware we”ve used on our induction stove. boils water in seconds. really. has to be seen to be believed. No sooner do you turn the power on, it starts boiling almost instantly. most efficient energy transfer I’ve ever seen

Sarten de excelente calidad. Solo un detalle y es que el sarten debe ser “curado” antes de utilizarse. El curado consiste en colocarlo a fuego medio con grasa de cerdo por un tiempo de 1 a 2 horas. Luego de lavarse con un detergente suave puede utilizarse.

Tool given to screw the handle in does not match. Tried multiple times, would not stop sticking onto the pain.

This is a very solid and well made pan. Handle is very solid. Doesnât seem like it will break easy. I was not expecting this quality for the price I paid. 5 stars

Purchased it because another reviewer mentioned that the side walls were higher. Also the side walls rise up instead of flaring out. I’m single and make many stir-fries so the high side walls helps a lot. I don’t have room for a wok. As for non-stick, waiting till the pan is hot enough to make water dance, is the key. This one is definitely non-stick if I wait till it’s hot enough. It cleans like a breeze. This is a good purchase although I don’t know about its longevity but with some care, its will last 10 plus years or more.

No esperaba la calidad de este sarten. Tengo unos cuisinart y la vdd este no les pide nada. El unico pero es que esta bastante pesadito, pero es una joyita escondida . Lo he usado 3 veces a la.semana por los ultimos 4 meses y esta como nuevo.

I was fed up of the coatings on so called non stick pans wearing off so decided to ho back to stainless steel. This pan causes food to stick somewhat do I have to scrape it out a bit but it is easy to clean by soaking and the food tastes so much better I donât know why!
