Let’s cook.
It is a ‘wide’ shallow skillet/paella pan. I absolutely love it. Cooks very well, heat distributing is ideal, cleans up nicely. My primary use is for searing meat. Lots of surface area. An ideal pan for my cooking style. The lid has a venting port, nice feature. Very pleased with this purchase.

More instruction than I want for a pan
The pan is really sturdy and a little larger than I wanted. But it is exactly what the description describes which is 14â. However, when I read the âinitial useâ and âcare instructionsâ itâs a bit more than I want to have to follow to keep it clean and working correctly. Iâd rather have a pan that I can wash and use instead of heating white vinegar, staying away from soap, etcâ¦.anyhow, I donât recall reading about the care details in the description. So, I will be returning it unused. Iâm sure for many, itâs a great pan, just not for me.

Easy to clean
I was really excited about this pan at first, as the look of it is very sleek and it looks and feels like it would cook things really well. I have only used it a couple of times now and had 2 different experiences. The first thing I cooked stuck to the pan pretty badly but the second time I used it everything cooked really nice and did not stick at all. So, I would just be mindful of what you’re cooking on it. Another plus is that although the food stuck the first time, it was super easy to clean off, not much scrubbing needed once I let it soak a bit. It also got hot pretty quick both times, which was super nice!
