Great customer service, convienent product
I really loved the design and idea of this clamp because the clamp locks and goose neck part is sturdy. I was very disappointed that after a few uses a internal plastic o ring snapped (for literally no reason) and that o ring is integral because it’s what keeps the head in the position you set it in. After it broke it’d just hang, and ball joint was so loose the head the clamp part would separate from the wire part. I wrote the company about the issue (it was a little after my Amazon return window) and they got back to me right away and sent me a replacement RIGHT away. I was thrilled with their customer service and ability to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently with very little extra effort on my part. I reccomend this product, just be careful and aware that the o ring is plastic and thin. But it’s a fabulous clamp and great design. It’s design is so much better than other on the markets. It stays in place in awkward angles and makes verticle viewing from bed or while laying down lovely because you know the clamp is locked and it won’t slip or fall on to your face. Reliable, Functional, but Wears Over Time.
The Joyroom Gooseneck Phone Holder is a fantastic tool for hands-free use! The base clamp holds firmly to surfaces, whether on a desk, nightstand, or countertop, keeping everything secure. The phone clamp is well designed, gripping the device tightly without causing damage.I used it constantly, bending and adjusting it to different angles, and after nine months of heavy use, the flexible cord at the base finally broke. Despite that, I had no hesitation ordering another one because it was so useful!For the price, itâs a solid purchase, affordable and highly functional. The quality is great, but like any bendable product, it does wear out over time. If you need a reliable phone holder for streaming, reading, or video calls, this one is worth getting. Iâll be ordering another when this one gives out!

So originally I bought this product and it had broke at the base of the wire where the clamp is. I had left a review not expecting anything and next thing you know someone from this company reached out to me to help replace my broken one. I was sent another one free of charge. They assured me they would talk to there quality control to fix the issue I had. I am really happy with the customer service and the product is perfect for watching anything on your phone Hands free especially in bed. Definitely a good product to get and customer service is top notch. I give it a 10/10.

IT’S ALREADY BROKEN, REPLACEMENT DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL (updated)
The REPLACEMENT is broken ON ARRIVAL, the one on the bag is the first, the one on the box is the broken on arrival replacement, I haven’t even gotten to send the first back yet. It (First one) broke as I moved the angle of my phone, the ball joint is the weakest part, inside is a joke of a plastic ring that keeps the ball from falling out of the hole, those cracked and it fell apart. I can not trust this company a third time.*Update* I’ve received a FULL refund for the items from the seller and was told that the manufacturer used substandard materials that the sellers weren’t aware of.

This holder breaks way to easily. Just like the rest of them. But, the only reason it didn’t get 2 stars or less, is the manufacturer worked with me and gave me a refund on the broken item, even past the initial protection period that Amazon offers. Just had to email them my order# and a photo of the broken item.

Extremely durable and sturdy
For years I always struggled holding on to phone in bed struggling to find a comfortable position to watch YouTube videos before I fall asleep. I would settle for just holding it with my arm at 90 degree angle and all the weight of the phone on my thumb. Having to hold phone in uncomfortable way is very likely what caused me to feel a constant pain between the joins of my thumb. This is honestly a life saver to have, itâs extremely well made, sturdy enough to hold my phone up from a completely horizontal position from my bed post. The alligator clip like holder is wide enough to fit my iPhone 15 Pro Max sideways with a locking screw (yellow bulge on the side) that you turn to keep the clip stationary when needed. The clip used to secure the mount of the gooseneck to a stationary object expands and closes like a pipe wrench, has about 1-1/2â of grip, and opens to a max of about 4â. The product doesnât feel cheaply made and is long enough to put at the top of my headboard which sits about 2â above the top of my mattress. This allows me to watch videos on my phone while laying down without having to bend my head an uncomfortable 90° which I would have to do to watch TV in the same position.

So useful for hands free anywhere
I loved this product so much. It’s perfect for holding my phone while on the treadmill, doing projects, or laying in bed. I was so sad when 2 of the pieces broke after just a few months. I Contacted Joyroom customer service and Melissa helped me out wonderfully. She offered me the option of a replacement or refund. I had just purchased a replacement (same product) so opted for a refund which was quickly applied. I love the versatility and design of this product, but may love the customer service even more.
