Great mat for home workouts.
I got this KEEP yoga mat to use for home workouts as I have hard flooring that is uncomfortable to do exercises on. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and it has held up fairly well after a few months of near daily exercise using it.Includes: The product arrives in a nice box and comes with the yoga mat and a thin strap.Strap: The strap is quite flimsy but seems to do the job. I also keep my yoga mat rolled out in place so I haven’t really needed it.Mat: The yoga mat is a good size and I am fairly average height for a man and have enough room to do leg raises and planks on it. The mat is not the thinnest and not the thickest, it has a decent thickness. I have been using it for a few months now, and it has developed some wear in the form of scratches on the surface of the mat, but no tears. It provides good cushioning to my back and knees for different exercises. I am overall pleased with how it is holding up.

Standard yoga mat and perfect for hot yoga!
I needed a new yoga mat since I was using my old one so often for hot yoga and needed something that I could alternate so I got this and it did the trick! For whatever reason itâs moisture wicking without being too sticky after you sweat on it even though I still use a yoga mat towel for hot yoga. I love that itâs a little bit thick also so thereâs good support and cushion.

Good cushion that comes with the thick padding. Not a bad yoga mat, but there’s also nothing unique about it. Comes with a strap to tie up, but overall, not sure if this is worth the $30 listing price.

Great for Now
I think Iâm getting to appoint with fitness equipment when Iâm starting to realize that my parents were getting really expensive stuff. Because thereâs a huge difference between this man that I got to do Pilates on and what I normally use when I am with my family. For me, I think this one is perfect. Plus I love the color I did notice that is pretty slip resistant until I start to sweat too much so I will probably have to get a towel specifically designed for this product. But that has happened with most of the exercise that I have owned over the course of my life. I wouldnât say this is stretchy; I would describe a squishy though, and it has decent dimensions for me personally iPhone that is both long enough and wide enough for my full range of motion.

Fantastic yoga mat
This is a great quality yoga mat for a great price. Its nice and thick with good padding and grips your feet well. Perfect for yoga, pilates and any mat exercises. I love the light blue color as well. Rolls up and travels well in the car or stores easily under the bed.

Nice texture but doesnât lay perfectly flat
For the price I think it could be nicer. It rolls up, but every time you unroll it, it holds the bended rolled up shape. Itâs nice and soft though.

I needed to replace my old, thin yoga mat with something more supportive and durable, and this one fit the bill.Quality:The size is just rightâlong enough for stretches without being too wide. The thickness is great, offering plenty of cushion so I donât feel the floor, and itâs especially helpful for protecting my knees during poses. The foam strikes a nice balance between squishy and firm, making it comfortable yet supportive. Iâm impressed with the durabilityâmy previous mat got torn up quickly from my pup running on it, but this one has held up with no scratches or rips. The wave texture adds a nice grip, which helps a lot when holding poses. The only downside is that because the foam is a bit firm, the mat doesnât lay completely flat right after unrollingâit curls up a little at the edges, though itâs manageable.Price:Seems fair for the quality. Great quality for an unbranded yoga mat
Great mat! Spacious, flexible, did not smell overwhelmingly like chemicals/plastic/rubber. Thicker than my previous mat so it provides more cushioning, and feels very durable. Great value for money, and minimal design just as I’d been looking for.
