very good… use it all the time… i really love the strainer on the underside of the lid. works great. leave the food on there for 1 or 2 minutes and they are completely drained of oil, but not the moister inside the meet… fantastic fryer!!!!

It functions well with everything evenly cooked. My only problem was the lid as it did not serve itâs purpose. It would fall in the oil and forget about using the rack. It was also difficult to get the rack bar in as well. 3 out of 5

Very disappointed
Was exited to purchase this pot. Was greatly disappointed when it arrived that it was factory defected. Big crease all the way up the inside of the pot. Packaging was fine. Every factory has inspections on products made before Packaging. There is no excuse for it. Now they want me to pay to have it picked up and sent back before they will refund me. I order everything off Amazon simple because it’s convenient. I don’t have time to go shop. I don’t have time to return a factory defected item to UPS for something that should have never happened to begin with. The fry pot would have been a well used collection in my kitchen. I am just going to chaulk this one up as a loss. I’m also going to be thinking twice about any online orders in the future. There is no reason this kinda business could happen to begin with.

Me gusto que calienta más uniforme, quedó mucho mejor. Y al terminar de freÃr lo podÃa colocar en la canastilla superior lo cual dreno el exceso de aceite y no tuve que colocar un papel para absorber el exceso de aceite. Quedó crujiente.

This works a treat for any small deep frying tasks. Tempura battered fish for example. It isn’t big, so probably not family sized, but for a couple it is perfectly sized. Minimizes your oil usage too. The draining rack thing is both clever and very functional. A good tool!
