My new favorite pan.
I tossed everything with a chemical-coating out of my kitchen, I am cooking only on stainless steel, ceramic, cast iron or in glass now. My stainless fry-pans are great but things can stick, especially since I’ve also stopped using seed-oil sprays, but this was almost non-stick. I have more things to try cooking in it but just the nature of it is different, not sure exactly what they did but it acts more non-stick. Olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, etc, they all seem to work better in this stainless steel pan.And it’s weighty, balanced, a nice pan to work with. I love the handle and lid knob, their look and feel both (but am glad they aren’t real wood but rather heat resistant). And YES to the glass lid, I use it so much!!! I can see what’s going on in the pan, it’s nice heavy glass, and it fits as it should. I still love my cast iron but this lid totally beats out my cast iron lid.I will update after I make my notoriously messy-sticky peanut sauce stir fry in it. Presently I have to say this pan is a pleasure to cook with, and I am looking at their other pans…

The handles don’t burn me hands! Yippee!
This is one of my favorite pans – it has slightly higher “walls” than my other pans, and the handle and knob on the lid are not actually wood but rather some kind of vinyl material, and they do not get too hot to touch, so you’re able to freely touch the handle and lid handle while cooking with it.I have thus far mainly used it for meatballs and pasta sauce, but it can hold 2 jars of pasta sauce + a bag of meatballs fine – just barely to the brim, but it doesn’t spill out. It’s easy to clean and relatively non-stick assuming you heat it properly.I would buy more of these and will likely look into other products by this company. It works well, provided again, that you heat it properly, and it is a steal for ~$35.

Good for the price
We learned that stainless steel pans are the ones most chefs use. They don’t have any unsafe chemicals like other types of non-stick pans. This one could use improvements, but those improvements would make it cost more, so for that reason, it is a good pan for the price. The photos shown are after about a month of use. Despite how it looks, it has been cleaned thoroughly. The black stains come from when my husband cooks salmon on the stovetop. We tried soaking in vinegar and baking soda. We scrubbed as good as we could, but just couldn’t get all the black stains off. This pan has a disc bottom instead of being fully clad, so only the bottom will conduct heat evenly and well. This may be part of the reason we have black stains around the edges of the pan. The rim is more rigid, which keeps food from spilling out, but not as good for pouring or sliding food out of it to serve. The handle is welded instead of being attached with rivets. Great for cleaning, but not as durable as a handle that is riveted. The non-slip finish on the comfortable, rounded handles is good because it helps prevent it from slipping when pouring food out of a hot pan, which is a problem with rounded stainless steel handles. However, this type of handle makes the pan not over-safe.

Beyond Impressed!
Wow, I have been so impressed with the KOCH SYSTEME CS Stainless Steel frying pan, that right after I used it to make breakfast, I hopped on Amazon to order the saucepan set.The pan is attractive, and I love the wood look to the handle. The handle is comfortable in the hand. The pan rose to the occasion when the first meal I cooked with it was breakfast. The onions and hashbrowns browned beautifully on my electric stove. The true test is when I made over easy eggs on the same pan after the hashbrowns and sausage were done. Over easy eggs have always been one of the few things I always struggle to make right. The dogs might not agree because they always get the eggs that stick to the pan and break. 🙂 The eggs did not stick in the stainless-steel pan and came out perfectly the first time. The pan had quite a bit of brown on the bottom from cooking though still cleanup was fast and couldn’t be more easy. The browning came right off with very light strokes with the cleaning pad. There is absolutely nothing like high quality stainless steel for cooking and easy clean up and this is my favorite pan to date. As I stated above, I ordered the KOCH SYSTEME saucepan set with the matching handles and hope to get the stock pot in the near future.I absolutely love this KOCH SYSTEME stainless steel pan. I very highly recommend this pan. Don’t wait! Get this pan!

Super cute and well made
This pan is a perfect addition to our kitchen. It’s a solid stainless steel that won’t warp easily if cared for well. The wooden handle and lid top are super cute and fun. I love that I can use it as a skillet, but that it also is a versatile wide pot I’d love to buy more from this brand to add to our collection now.

HIGH quality pan!
The stainless steel pan is everything you wanted it to be! It has great weight to it without being overly heavy, great feel on the handle and lid knob as well as a great size for all needs! It was extremely easy to clean with a scouring pad and held up very well to high heat when I was cooking steaks on it.The lid even feels a lot more high quality than what Im currently using. Itâs definitely a new feeling for me as I donât cook often at all.The handle has such a great shape to it that it feels nice too, shake things around in the pan and not hurt so much jittering it back and forth. This is definitely high-quality for sure and I would recommend this to anybody looking for a cooking pan!
