Does not come with code for use of online videos
I am very frustrated that this does not include the use of online videos. The book is already more expensive than buying it directly from the publisher. The videos are an integral part of the book and not having them makes this book worthless.

Bought as NEW and no digital code included
My course requires participation in the digital content that is included with this book. However, despite this being listed as NEW the I received did not include the redemption code for the digital content. Pearson wanted another 90 bucks for the digital content, making having this hard copy completely useless.
