My husband was scheduled for surgery, and was going to by laid up for a while when he came home.This was a perfect way to pass some time each day.The pieces are nicely organized in numbered bags, making assembly much easier. Just start with bag #1, then work your way through.The finished size is impressive.There are a lot of pieces, so yes, it is a bit pricey, but LEGO’s are always worth the money.

Absolutely beautiful set as weâve all come to expect from LEGO products. The set was complete and the packaging was only slightly foxed around the edges. This is why I had to write a review. Fair warning in advance, you MUST purchase gift wrapping for this! We ordered this for my sonâs Christmas present and they shipped it in the store shelving box with a sticker on it. He almost saw what it was. We ordered other products as well and those came in a box that easily would have fit the set so it must have come from a different facility. On a good note, the opening flaps of the box were taped so the product bags sorting the blocks wouldnât fall out during shipping. That was the first thing I checked when I saw the box was a bit abused from shipment processes. I do appreciate that extra attention to detail.
