I have to admit this so far arrived on time it is so easy to manage it is comfortable you just fall asleep in it it’s very sturdy good quality it is versatile and functional oh I love it however the only downside was the smell but after a couple days that was gone and we are good

False Advertising at its best
So, I want to love this couch. I really do. Itâs soft, itâs a beautiful color, it has a pleasant give. You can arrange it a bunch of different ways because itâs two pieces, and it doesnât shift like other sectionals without a way to attach the pieces to each other. However, this couch is FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS FINEST. So, if you look at the image in the listing (Iâve included it) that provides the specs, you will see the couch height listed as 27.5â. LIES. The measurement shown it to the top of the pillows included with the couch. The back of the couch is actually the same height as the arm of the couch. Which you will notice is VERY LOW. It comes about to the small of my back. Iâm 5â7. My 6â1 father sat on it and almost fell backwards onto the floor itâs so low.Well, the pillows should fix that right? WRONG. They are about 3 inches thick and flimsy as they come. Zero support provided. Now initially I thought maybe I could buy some different pillows to get the support I need. Wrong. Again. The couch isnât deep enough for that, not even close. So I tired to return it. The options on Amazon are to return it directly to the seller and they will refund you. Well, when I tried that, I was told that because I had opened the couch that a) I was on the hook for return shipping and b) that they would only be refunding me a fraction of the purchase price (either 10 or 20%, I canât remember which) because I opened it. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT IT WASNâT GOING TO WORK FOR ME UNLESS I OPENED IT?!?!!! Amazon is currently trying to help me get a resolution but lets just say, donât make the mistake I did. Unless this couch is for little people or kids, donât buy it. Save yourself the money and the trouble please.

Not Worth It
This furniture is the kind you would fill a Witness Protection Safehouse with. Uncomfortable and cheap, but easy to put together. The whole thing was shipped in two separate parcels delivered on different days. It has thin cushions and arm pillows and is not deep enough to be comfortable for family home use. Save yourself some heartbreak and just go to a furniture store or a resale store. You’ll get significantly better quality for just a little bit more.
