I brought this couch(6 seater dark grey) about 2 years ago wasnât sure about it reviews was mixed I just ordered another 6 seater to fill my living room and I love the couch we have 5 kids and it hold up and lots of storage I tell everyone about it ðð

Not worth the money
I went back and forth about buying this couch. I bought it a little after black friday deals during which a lot of my local furniture stores were selling sectionals for a few hundred more than what I paid for this couch. I ended up choosing this one for the value of it. I utilized the $200 coupon and went ahead and purchased it. First of all, as others have mentioned, the first box arrived separately and days before the rest of the couch which kind of throws you off considering Amazon says the package is arriving on x date and the rest arrives on y, so if you were trying to plan around the package arriving so you don’t leave a bunch of boxes on your porch while you’re not home, you may be sorely mistaken when one box of 7 arrives and the rest comes 2 days later. As far as customer service goes, I reached out to Linsy Home via an email before I bought, trying to figure out the specific differences between the styles and listings and heard nothing back. I ended up figuring it out anyway, but it would have been nice to hear something back from a company that I was about to pay over a grand to. I could go to a restaurant and find out what they fry their samosas in faster than I could get answers from Linsy, and the samosas would be under 10 bucks.So now we get into the product of it. The assembly was not a crazy daunting task, if you can assemble a set of Legos you can assemble this couch for sure. I would recommend being able to lift over 50 pounds a few time. Total assembly time with two guys took about an hour. The cushions are labelled with a sticker saying it will take 72 hours for reinflation as they come vacuum packed. No big deal. The cushions themselves are decent, firm but not too firm as advertised, but overall the build quality of the couch leaves a little to be desired and some of the interlocking sections feel a little loose as they are not fastened by anything other than a vertical peg resting in a slot, so the backs of some chairs wiggle as well as the armrests.Overall, I’d be cautious of buying this and maybe consider saving up a few extra bucks and going to a local furniture store which offers all in one delivery and assembly to the customer. Perhaps the value of a dollar has changed and I’m not used to what 1300 dollars should get anymore, but this feels a lot more like a 6-800 dollar couch than the premium it currently commands.

So functional!
Being able to take apart all of the parts of this couch is so nice. The bottoms are a little heavy, so I just move the back & sides separately when moving them around. There’s tons of storage in each seat too! Seats are a bit firm, hoping they wear in over time.

SMELLS LIKE FISH
I opened the bags to the cushions and got a very strong odor of what smells like fish. I had to take the covers off and put them in the plastic bag to get ready to be washed. The couch covers/cushions have my basement smelling like a fish market.The cushion for the back rest is very flimsy. Feels like a feather filled pillow several years old. When you sit the cushion upright, you can see (in the first photo) that it doesnât sit up sturdy and flat to the rest. It curls up.The assembly was very smooth and easy to do. If youâre a big person whether tall or overweight, this may not be the choice for you. The seat fits very low with the standard seat pegs. The back piece is connected by a bracket so if youâre heavy weighted, itâs only a matter of time before it causes damage.Now I have to figure out how to return 7 huge boxes because I donât think I want to open the others seeing what I have seen and smelled this far.

Great affordable modular sectional!
As a family of 4 , with 2 young kids and a dog, we love this modular sectional…and the price! The quality seems great so far. It came with many boxes! Took a while to put together fully, but it wasn’t too hard. The color is more of a blue grey than dark grey in my opinion, but that’s not an issue for us. It’s on the firm side but still comfy. I love that the covers are washable (I have not washed them yet). The mobility is awesome–We love to rearrange the couch in different ways! The storage is amazing!!! All of our family games, extra blankets or pillows are stored. My husband is tall (6’3), he feels that he hangs over the top while sitting,so we plan to order the headrest for him. This couch looks more expensive than it really is and has held up well for 3 months of use for us. Overall, very happy with our purchase and hoping it lasts a few years!

Easy to assemble
I was skeptical about buying a sofa online but I am actually surprised it came out so well. It took a few hours to setup. There were no directions in the boxes but I was able to figure it out. Overall it’s pretty comfortable. The back and seat cushions are on the more firm side but not so much that I would be uncomfortable in sleeping on it. The packaging was pretty clean. They lined the inside with a clean sleeve to protect the pieces. Cushions were vac sealed and crammed inside and was a bit hard to pull out.If you live in a small apartment and have an entry way that is difficult to get furniture into, this is a great option. My entry way has a hard turn at the door so I was limited in what furniture I could get up stairs and through the door.Assembly took about 20 minutes per section. 7 boxes, about 40 to 50 pounds.I like that you can take the covers off on all of the pieces. Makes cleaning and repairs a lot easier if needed.For the cost, it’s a lot better than the sofas I have looked at in IKEA.

Wouldnât buy again
After a year of ownership I can honestly say save up a little more and spend the money at a trusted place such as Costco. I spent 999.99 on this couch (itâs dropped 100 bucks since Iâve bought it) and the issues Iâm having is the cousins that support your back need to get readjusted/reformed back to a normal shape every few weeks. The material of the cushions isnât t great. They have formed little fuzzyballs that almost look like a coach equivalent of a skin tag on a person.
