WOW! I searched for months on amazon for a couch, I read hundreds of reviews, descriptions, etc and finally found this one that I fell in love with!I have two dogs and twin 2 year olds so getting a beige/light colored couch was horrifying to me but itâs exactly what I wanted and I am so glad I got this! The fabric is the perfect material to clean little spots out with a wet washcloth but itâs even better that it is machine washable to get tough messes! It is on the firmer side but thatâs what I wanted because overtime I know itâll get a little softer. The back cushions are super thick and fluffy and are detachable! The wider armrests are a game changer!I also have to say the customer service experience was one of the best Iâve ever encountered! The coupon (when it was on sale) wasnât working on my Amazon and they came up with a solution for me to pay full price and they would refund $400 back to me so I could get the sale price (I was nervous about this but jumped in head first) I received my refund one day after I placed my order! I ordered the couch on a Sunday and the entire thing was at my house by Thursday that week!!!!Iâve gotten so many compliments on this couch so far and itâs a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be! My husband also set it up in 30 minutes by himself!I am in love with this and so so so happy with my purchase.

Was pleasantly surprised at thisâ¦
First it wasnât easy for me to put together, the first page with the brackets was stuck to another and I never saw it. Now, very nice color once brackets were in place it was easier to move it into place. Do have few questions about how structure was built, thereâs a place on the first piece as if another ottoman was suppose to be placed -the two seams. Low to ground as heights goes I managed to get up from a seated position so no worries. Not really sure how to go about washing and cleaning-no instruction or how to.

Sofa is too low to the ground.. i wanted to return it but the fee to return was more expensive than the sofa it self… quality its fine you get what you pay for

Great couch, excellent service!
We have 3 kids and so far this couch has survived with no issues. Stains are easy to clean and it still looks brand new, no matter what they do to it! Great size and easy assembly. There was an initial error with the delivery, and their communication has been excellent in getting everything resolved for us.
